Եթե ԱԺ ընտրություններից առաջ ծնված, վերածնված ու ձևավորված քաղաքական կուսակցությունները, կուսակցությունների դաշինքներն ու անձ–կուսակցությունների միավորումները տարբեր բաղադրատոմսեր էին ներկայացնում, թե իրենք ինչ կարող են անել երկիրը խորը անդունդից դուրս բերելու և կիլոմետրանոց քայլերով զարգացնելու համար, ապա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո ամեն ինչ փոխվել է: Ու եթե իրատեսները նման ելույթներին քմծիծաղով էին վերաբերվում, ռոմանտիկները շարունակում էին հույս կապել այս կամ այն անձի հետ, առանձնապես հաշվի չառնելով նրանց քաղաքական կենսագրությունն ու փորձառությունը:

Եթե նախորդ ԱԺ ընտրությունների ժամանակ այնուամենայնիվ հաջողվեց դժգոհ մասսայից կրիտիկական զանգված պոկել ու դուրս բերել փողոց, ապա այս անգամ դա էլ չհաջողվեց: Եվ ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանում իշխանություններից դժգոհողներ այլևս չկան, այլ՝ որ քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը որոշ չափով հասունացել է և դատարկ խոսքերի հետևից չի գնում: Բայց ամենակարևորն այն է, որ նորածին կուսակցություններն ու միավորումները ինչ արագությամբ որ «ծնվեցին», նույն արագությամբ էլ «մահացան», քանի որ կյանքը ցույց տվեց, որ նրանք առանձնապես ոչ ասելիք ունեն, ոչ էլ քաղաքական պլատֆորմ: Հակառակ դեպքում ընտրություններից հետո չէին անհետանա:

Հիմա նրանք բոլորը կա՛մ անհասանելի են, կա՛մ Հայաստանում «չեն», իսկ ԶԼՄ–ների աչքին երևալու և լրագրողների հարցերին պատասխանելու ցանկություն ընդհանրապես չունեն: Նման դեպքերում հարց է ծագում, թե ո՞ւր մնացին Հայաստանը դրախտավայր դարձնելու, բյուջեից, երկրից թալանվածը հետ բերելու բանաձևերն ու խոստումները, քանի որ նման «նախագծեր» իրականացնելու համար այնքան էլ պարտադիր չէ ԱԺ–ում աթոռ ունենալը:

Այս համատեքստում հետաքրքիր կլինի իմանալ, թե օրինակ ուր է նախկին Պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, «Երրորդ հանրապետություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը կամ «Համախմբում» կուսակցությունն ու նախագահ Վարդան Օսկանյանը:
