Նավթի շուկան արձագանքել է քրդական հանրաքվեին

Past.am Այս շաբաթ նավթի համաշխարհային գները, վերջին երկու տարիների կտրվածքով, իրենց պատմական առավելագույնին հասան: Նյու Յորքի և Լոնդոնի բորսաներում «Բրենթ» տեսակի նավթի գինը 1 բարելի համար կազմեց 59,31 ԱՄՆ դոլար, ինչն, իհարկե, ուղիղ կերպով է պայմանավորված Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանում անցկացված անկախության հանրաքվեով: Բնական է, շուկան չէր կարող չարձագանքել նավթառատ Քուրդիստանի անկախության հանրաքվեին, միջազգային հանրության տագնապին, Բաղդադի, Իրանի, վերջապես՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հնչեցրած սպառնալիքներին, որ վերաբերում էին ինքնավարության շրջափակմանը, և, իհարկե, նաև հնարավոր ռազմական բախումներին, որոնք հնչող զգոնության կոչերի ֆոնին էլ են շատ իրական թվում:
Այլ կերպ ասած՝ նավթի թանկացման հարցում սպեկուլյացիայի գործոնն այս պահին քիչ հավանական է թվում՝ ինչպես առանձին փորձագետներ են, այնուամենայնիվ, պնդում, մեջտեղ բերելով սիրիական պատերազմը, նույն անհանգիստ Իրաքը, Ծոցի ճգնաժամը, դրան հակառակ՝ նավթի տևական ցածր գները, և այն փաստը, որ չնայած ամեն օր իրաքյան Քուրդիստանից թուրքական խողովակաշարերով հարյուր հազարավոր տոննա նավթ է արտահանվում դեպի Եվրոպա, այդուհանդերձ, հատկապես Իրանի իրանական նավթի՝ դարձյալ շուկայում հայտնվելու պարագայում, իրաքյան նավթի արտահանման կասեցումը նույն Եվրոպային կոլապսի չի հանգեցնի: Ընդ որում, այս համատեքստում որպես կոնկրետ փաստարկ է բերվում քրդական նավթն ամենաշատը ներմուծող Գերմանիայի օրինակը, որի ընդհանուր սպառման մեջ այն ընդամենը 5% է կազմում:
