Արցախի Նախագահը դժգոհել է Ասկերանի բերդի վերականգնման աշխատանքների կազմակերպումից

Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը սեպտեմբերի 28-ին ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովում նշել է, որ Ասկերանի բերդի վերականգնման աշխատանքների անորակ են կատարվել և հավելել, որ Ասկերանի բերդի վերականգնման աշխատանքներն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունները անփույթ են կատարել իրենց գործը:
ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի վեցերորդ նստաշրջանի օրենսդիր-գործադիր հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ ԱՀ մշակույթի, երիտասարդության հարցերի ևզբոսաշրջության նորանշանակ նախարարՍերգեյ Շահվերդյանի խոսքին անդրադառնալով՝ Բակո Սահակյանը ասել է, որ ինքը նկատողություն է հայտարարել նախարարին՝ Ասկերանի բերդի աշխատանքների կազմակերպման համար, և հավելել. «Աշխատանքներն ընդհանուր առմամբանորակ են կատարվել. դրանք նույնիսկ վտանգ են ներկայացնում: Ես ուզում եմ, որ իրականացվողաշխատանքների հարցում մենք մեր տեսակետն արտահայտենք»,- ասել է Հանրապետության Նախագահը՝ հորդորելով ԱՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորներին, հասարակական կազմակերպություններին ու լրագրողներին ավելի ակտիվ ներգրավվել նման անթույլատրելի երևույթների վերհանմանը:
Սերգեյ Շահվերդյանը հայտնել է, որ իրենք պարտավորված էին խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանում Ադրբեջանի կողմից «վերականգնածը» որոշ փոփոխությունների ենթարկել, քանի որ նրանց կատարած աշխատանքները ճիշտ չէին: Նա հավելել է, որ այս տարի պատվիրվել է Ասկերանի բերդի՝ ճանապարհի ձախ հատվածի նախագիծը, որի կազմումը ավարտի փուլում է:
«Վստահ եմ, որ հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբերի ընթացքում ամրոցի այդ հատվածի նախագիծը կներկայացնենքհանրությանը: Համապատասխան ֆինանսական հնարավորությունների դեպքում մտադիր ենք վերականգնմանաշխատանքները սկսել 2018 թվականի գարնանը: Ըստ նախագծի՝ այդ հատվածում կտեղադրվի նոր և արդիականփոքր թանգարանատիպ շինություն: Գարնանը նախատեսում ենք նաև տարածքի բարեկարգման աշխատանքներինախագիծ մշակել, որն էլ, կարծում եմ, կլուծի հանրության համար վտանգներով հղի տրանսպորտային միջոցներիկանգառման խնդրը»,- ասել է Սերգեյ Շահվերդյանը:
