Վազգեն Խաչիկյանն ազատ է արձակվել

Սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության նախկին պետ Վազգեն Խաչիկյանը, ով Վանաձորի ՔԿՀ-ում իր պատիժն էր կրում, ազատ է արձակվել: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քրեակատարողական վարչության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Գոռ Ղլեչյանը: Նա ասաց, որ Խաչիկյանն ազատ է արձակվել պատժի լրիվ կրումով:

Նշենք, որ Վազգեն Խաչիկյանը 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 8-ին դատապարտվել է 12 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ 261 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ։ Վազգեն Խաչիկյանին և Սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության մի շարք աշխատակիցների մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել առ այն, որ վերջիններս 2006–2010թթ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, օգտագործելով իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքը, կենսաթոշակի կասեցված վճարումը վերսկսելու վերաբերյալ վճարման իրավունք վերապահող կեղծ դիմումներ պատրաստելով կամ առանց այդ դիմումների վճարային ցուցակներում կենսաթոշակառուների ստորագրությունները կեղծելու միջոցով անհիմն ելքագրել և յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել են իրենց վստահությանը հանձնված, մահացած կամ ՀՀ տարածքից բացակայող կենսաթոշակառուների թոշակները։

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Վազգեն Խաչիկյանը խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է պետական բյուջե վերականգնման ենթակա, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` 29 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գումար: 

Վազգեն Խաչիկյանը ՔԿՀ-ում անցկացրել է 5 տարի։ Նա ձերբակալվել էր 2012թ.-ին և 2014թ.-ին դատարանի վճռով դատապարտվել էր 12 տարվա ազատազրկման. նշենք, որ դատարանի վճռով սահմանված պատժաչափից հանվում է նախաքննության և դատաքննության ժամանակահատվածը։
