Կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի մասնակիցը կարող է իր կենսաթոշակային միջոցները ստանալ նախքան 63 տարեկանը, եթե ճանաչվել է աշխատանքային գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու կարողության երրորդ աստիճանի սահմանափակում ունեցող հաշմանդամ, ձեռք է բերել կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող հիվանդություն` ըստ կառավարության սահմանած ցանկի, կամ, եթե օտարերկրացի է և վերադառնում է իր մշտական բնակության երկիր:  

Այս մասին հայտնում են «Նորք» կենտրոնից։ 

Նված դեպքերում կուտակային համակարգի մասնակիցը կարող է դիմում ներկայացնել և ամբողջությամբ և միանվագ ստանալ իր կենսաթոշակային խնայողությունները: Ընդ որում` օտարերկրյա քաղաքացու գումարը փոխանցվում է տվյալ երկրում նրա անդամակցած կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգին:

Նշված հիմքերից որևէ մեկի  առկայության դեպքում մասնակիցը դիմում է ներկայացնում մասնակիցների ռեեստրը վարողին՝ Հայաստանի կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիա՝ կցելով անհրաժեշտ հավաստող փաստաթղթերի պատճենները:

Հայաստանում աշխատող օտարերկրյա մասնակիցը դիմումը ներկայացնում է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն:

Մասնակիցների ռեեստրը վարողը դիմումի հիման վրա մասնակցի կենսաթոշակային հաշվում առկա փայերը մարում է և համապատասախան միջոցները վճարում է նրան ամբողջությամբ` դիմումը և կից փաստաթղթերը ստանալուց հետո 10 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում` բացառությամբ օտարերկրյա մասնակցի:

Օտարեկրյա մասնակցի կենսաթոշակային միջոցները փոխանցվում են համապատասխան պետությունում նրա անդամակցած կուտակային կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդին:

Եթե օտարերկրյա մասնակիցը  այդ երկրում կուտակային համակարգի մասնակից չէ, ապա իր կուտակային կենսաթոշակը կստանա կենսաթոշակային տարիքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար սահմանված կարգով և պայմաններով:
