Հիշեցնենք, որ Իրաքի Էն Նասիրիա քաղաքում սեպտեմբերի 24-ին մահապատժի է ենթարկվել միաժամանակ 42 հոգի, ում հրապարակավ կախաղան են հանել։
Իրաքի կառավարությունը հավաստիացնում է, որ այդ մարդիկ Իսլամական Պետության, Ալ Քաիդայի կամ որևէ այլ ահաբեկչական խմբավորման անդամներ են, սակայն որևէ ապացույցներ չկան այդ հարցում:
