Վարդան Արամյան. «Հայաստանին դեֆոլտ չի սպառնում»

Past.am ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը վստահեցնում է, որ Հայաստանին դեֆոլտ չի սպառնում: «Մենք բոլոր հարաբերական ցուցանիշները հաշվարկելիս ներկայացրել ենք, որ Հայաստանը դեռևս մնում է ցածր պարտքի բեռ ունեցող երկիր»,– երեկ այս մասին Արամյանը նշեց կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում: Նրա խոսքով, 2017 թվականին ընդհանուր պետական պարտքը՝ ներառյալ նաև Կենտրոնական բանկինը, կլինի շուրջ 6 միլիարդ 700 միլիոն դոլարի չափ:
«Դեֆոլտ ունենալու համար պետք է նախ խնդիրներ ունենանք լիկվիդայնության հետ, այսինքն` մեր գրպանի կանխիկը չբավարարի մեր ընթացիկ պարտավորություններն իրականացնելու համար: Իսկ մեր ընթացիկ պարտավորությունները գնահատելու համար պետք է տեսնենք, թե մեր պարտքի միջին տարողությունն ինչքան է: Ներքին պարտքի մասով դա 8 տարուց ավելի է, իսկ մեր միջնաժամկետ թիրախներն այնպիսին են, որ կարող ենք առաջիկա 3–4 տարիներին պահել այդ 8 տարվա ցուցանիշը: Արտաքին պարտքի համար այդ ցուցանիշն ավելի մեծ է՝ 17–18 տարի: Հետևաբար, դեֆոլտի վտանգ չկա»,– ասաց Ֆինանսների նախարարը:
