Հայաստանը և Եգիպտոսը մի շարք ոլորտներում փոխադարձ շահավետ համագործակցության հեռանկարներ ունեն

Հայաստանի և Եգիպտոսի համագործակցությունը տուրիզմի, գյուղատնտեսության, կրթության, ՏՏ ոլորտներում շահավետ կլինի երկու կողմերի համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հայ-եգիպտական միջկառավարական համատեղ հանձնաժողովին այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը:Նիստին մասնակցում էին Եգիպտոսի 8 նախարարություններ, 14 գերատեսչություններ Հայաստանից:

«Մեր վերջին միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստը տեղի է ունեցել 2005 թվականին` պայմանավորված աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոններով:  Եվ մեր հարաբերություներում տնտեսական և գործնական տեսակետից մեծ դադար է տեղի ունեցել: Այսօր մեր երկու երկրներն էլ պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել վերսկսելու միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստերը»,-ասաց Դավիթ Լոքյանը:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ կան ոլորտներ, որոնցում համագործակցությունը շահավետ է երկու երկրների համար: Առաջիններից մեկը տուրիզմն է: «Երկրորդ առանցքային ոլորտը փոխադարձ ներդրումներով արտադրությունների հիմնումն է: Եգիպտոսը  կարող է լուրջ հարթակ լինել Հայաստանի համար արաբական երկրներում ապրանք իրացնելու հարցում: Իսկ Հայաստանը կարող է Եգիպտոսի համար լավագույն հարթակը հանդիսանալ դեպի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն և Եվրոպա արտահանում ապահովելու համար»,-ասաց նա:

Լոքյանի կարծիքով՝ դեղարտադրության ոլորտում ևս համագործակցության ընդհանուր շահեր կան: «Եգիպտական դեղագործական առաջին ընկերությունը մուտք է գործել Հայաստան: Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում Հայաստանը և Եգիպտոսը կարող են շահավետ ներդրումներ և արտահանումներ իրականացնել»,-ասաց նա:

 Նախարարը համագործակցության հեռանկարներ է տեսնում նաև տեղեկատական տեխնոլոգիաների և կրթության ոլորտներում: «Երկու երկրների համալսարանները, ակադեմիաները կարող են համագործակցել` զարգացնելու գիտությունը մի շարք ոլորտներում: Պետք է նաև ապակենտրոնացնել  համագործակցություն Հայաստանի մարզերի և Եգիպտոսի համապատասխան նահանգների միջև»,-ասաց Լոքյանը:

Եգիպտոսի Արաբական Հանրապետության ներդրումների և միջազգային համագործակցության նախարար Սահար Նասրի խոսքով` իրենք Հայաստանում են համագործակցության քարտեզ ուրվագծելու համար: « Մենք քաղաքական լուրջ բարեփոխումներ ենք ունեցել: Ներկայում ունենք քաղաքական, տնտեսական կայունություն: Եվ պետք է ընդլայնենք տնտեսական համագործակցությունը: Այսօր կքննարկենք այն քայլերը, որոնք պետք է ձեռնարկվեն մեր կողմից: Մենք պետք է հաղթահարենք ներդրումների և առևտրաշրջանառության խոչընդոտները: Սա երկու երկրների համագործակցության ելակետն է,-ասաց Սահար Նասրը:

Եգիպտոսում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Մելքոնյանի կարծիքով` Հայաստանի և Եգիպտոսի միջև հարաբերությունների 25 տարիները եղել են դինամիկ: «Այս տարիներին չի դադարել քաղաքական ակտիվ երկխոսությունը, մշակութային, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտներում համագործակցությունը: Կնքվել ենք բազում պայմանագրեր,-ասաց Եգիպտոսում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Մելքոնյանը:

Հայաստանում Եգիպտոսի դեսպան Թարեք Իբրահիմ Մուհամմադ Մաաթիին նշեց, որ իսկապես ուրախ է այն  համագործակցության համար, որ իր ազգակիցները հաստատվում են Հայաստանում:
