Ի՞նչ տաբու էր խախտել Խաչիկյանը

Օրերս բանտից ազատ արձակվեց Վազգեն Խաչիկյանը: Որոշակի անորոշություն կար այն հարցում ՝ նա պատժի կրումով է ազատ արձակվել, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից նրան ներում է շնորհվել: Բայց ամեն դեպքում պարզ է, որ առանց Սերժ Սարգսյանի միջամտության նա դժվար թե ազատ արձակվեր: Իհարկե, կարող էին դեր խաղալ նաև նրա ընկերների միջնորդությունները Սերժ Սարգսյանի մոտ: Ինչպես Շարմազանով, այնպես էլ այլ հանրապետականներ չեն թաքցնում, որ Խաչիկյանն իրենց ընկերն է:

Ո՞րն է եղել Խաչիկյանի մեղքը: Այն, որ նա մանիպուլացիաներ է արել պետաան գումարներով, թե՞ այն, որ այդ մասին չի հայտնել համապատասխան տեղեր: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանում կա այսպես ասած սև բյուջե հասկացություն, և գրպանվող գումարների մի ահռելի մաս հավաքվում է նաև այդ սև բյուջեյում:
Պարզ է մի բան, Խաչիկյանն օրենք խախտել է, դատվել է օրենքի խստությամբ: Բայց պատճառը օրենք խախտելը չի եղել: Դա ընդամենը առիթն ու փաթեթավորումն էր: Նա խախտել է ավելի զգայուն, չգրված կանոն, տաբու, որ այդպիսի սուր արձագանք է ստացել համակարգի կողմից;
