Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ թիվ 157 մանկապարտեզի վարիչ Զարա Ադիյանը իր կամքով աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմումը երկու օր առաջ ներկայացրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարան, սակայն նրան հասկացրել են, որ այն պետք է հանձնի Քանաքեռ–Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արտակ Հանիսյանին: Այնուհետ դիմումը կորել է թաղապետարանից: Փաստ-ը գրել էր, որ Միհրան Պողոսյանն է կարգադրել պատռել դիմումը, քանի որ Ադիյանը Միհրան Պողոսյանին ընտրությունների ժամանակ աջակցած գեներալ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանի հովանավորյալն էր:

Նույն օրը, Տարոն Մարգարյանի հրամանով Արտակ Հանիսյանն ազատվեց թաղապետի պաշտոնից: 

Տարոն Մարգարյանը թաղապետերին նշանակում է բավական հետաքրքիր մոտեցմամբ: Ամեն թաղամասում թաղապետ նշանակվում է այդ թաղամասում ազդեցություն ունեցող շրջանակներից ինչ-որ մեկը: Սա հնարավորություն է տալիս կոմպրոմիսների համակարգ ձևավորել: Պետք է ասել, որ Մարգարյանի կողմից վարվող այս գիծը, ինչքան էլ քննադատելի, բայց քաղաքական իմաստով ողջախոհ մոտեցում է: Ի վերջո քաղաքականությունը հենց կոմպրոմիս է որ կա:

Պառլամենտական ընտրություններում, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն, Ավան համայքներում Միհրան Պողոսյանը մոլի պայքար էր մղուկ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հովանավորյալ Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանի դեմ, և զիջեց այդ պայքարը: Պողոսյանն ըստ էության զիջեց ոչ թե Սարգսյանին, այլ Տարոն Մարգարյանին, և չկարողացավ ներել այդ պարտությունը:

Ամեն դեպքում, Տարոն Մարգարյանը չխախտեց իր որդեգրած կուրսը և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում թաղապետ նշանակեց Միհրան Պողոսյանի հովանավորյալին: Սակայն այդ նեյտրալիտետը առաջինը խախտեց հենց Պողոսյանը ՝ հայտնի դիմումի անհետացման տեսքով, Տարոն Մարգարյանն էլ պատասխանեց դրան:
