Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը պետք է ավարտվի. Վիգենինն ամփոփել է այցը Հայաստան

Հարավային Կովկասում ԵԱՀԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինը (Բուլղարիա) սեպտեմբերի 29-ին և 30-ին Հայաստան կատարած այցի ընթացքում ընդգծել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ասվում է այցի արդյունքներով ԵԱՀԿ տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Այցի շրջանակում Վիգենինը հանդիպել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի, ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի, արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի, պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի և ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության անդամների, Արցախի խորհրդարանի ղեկավարի հետ: ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ ներկայացուցիչը հանդիպումներ է նաև ունեցել քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների, ԵՊՀ ուսանողների, ինչպես նաև Թալիշ գյուղի բնակիչների հետ, ովքեր 2016 թվականի ապրիլին մարդկային ու նյութական կորուստներ էին ունեցել ադրբեջանական գործողությունների հետևանքով:
«Այս շաբաթ հանդիպելով շփման գծի երկու կողմերում գտնվող ժողովուրդների հետ, ովքեր շարունակում են տառապել տասնամյակներ ձգվող հակամարտությունից, ես կրկնում եմ՝ սա պետք է ավարտվի: Այս հակամարտությունը ազդում է հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց ամենօրյա կյանքի վրա: Այս մարդիկ տառապում են՝ ապրելով շփման գծում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման ամենօրյա սարսափի կամ վերջնական սեփական տներից տեղահանվելու սպառնալիքի ներքո: Անհրաժեշտ է հրատապ և լուրջ քաղաքական ներգրավվածություն նրանց համար խաղաղություն հաստատելու համար»,- ասել է Վիգենինը:
Վիգենինը վերահաստատել է իր անփոփոխ աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի և դրա համանախագահների աշխատանքին՝ ընդգծելով, սակայն, որ վերջնական պատասխանատվությունն ընդունում է հակամարտության մեջ ներգրավված կողմերի քաղաքական ղեկավարության վրա: ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ ներկայացուցիչը ողջունել է մոտ ապագայում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպման ծրագրերը:
Նախքան Հայաստան այցելելը Վիգենինը եղել էր Ադրբեջանում, ապա Վրաստանում: Տարածաշրջանային այցի արդյունքներով նա զեկույց կհրապարակի հոկտեմբերի 4-ին:
Քրիստիան Վիգենինը Հարավային Կովկասում ԵԱՀԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հատուկ ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնում է նշանակվել 2016 թվականի փետրվարին:
