Ըստ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի ամփոփ տեղեկատվության՝ 2017թ. օգոստոսին հանրապետությունում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացվել է 16 հազար 718 գործարք: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության կայքում հրապարկված 2017 թ. սոցիալտնտեսական վիճակը բնութագրող հրապարակումից:

Այսպես, ըստ ուսումնասիրության՝ այս տարվա օգոստոսին անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված գործարքներ ավելի շատ տեղի են ունեցել մայրաքաղաքում՝ կազմելով ամբողջի 32,4%–ը: Այս առումով երկրորդ ու երրորդ հորիզոնականներն էլ զբաղեցրել են Կոտայքի և Արարատի մարզերը՝ համապատասխանաբար 13,9 և 8,8%: Միաժամանակ ամենից քիչ նմանատիպ գործարք է կնքվել Վայոց ձորի մարզում՝ ընդամենը 3,2%:

Ըստ իրականացված գործարքների տեսակների՝ օգոստոսին կատարվել են առաջնային գրանցում, օտարում, վարձակալություն, գրավադրում, ժառանգության ձևակերպում ու այլ պետական գրանցումներ: Սրանցից ամենից շատ գրանցվել են օտարումը՝ 29%, և այլ պետական գրանցումները՝ 28,2%: Ամենից քիչ են իրականացվել վարձակալական հիմունքներով գործարքները՝ 5,9%:

Նշենք, որ օգոստոսին բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բնակարանների գները Երևանի որոշ վարչական շրջաններում նվազել են նախորդ ամսվա համեմատությամբ: Այսպես, Քանաքեռ–Զեյթուն, Նոր Նորք, Ավան ու Էրեբունի վարչական շրջաններում գտնվող մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի հաշվարկով բնակարանների միջին շուկայական գները նվազել են միջինում 1000–2 հազար դրամի սահմաններում: Թանկացում, որպես այդպիսին, նկատվել է միայն Դավթաշենում, այն էլ՝ ընդամենը 1000 դրամի տարբերությամբ: Սա Երևանի մասով:

Չնչին, բայց ամեն դեպքում բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բնակարանների գնի իջեցում է դիտվել նաև մի քանի մարզերում, որոնց մեջ առանձնանում է Լոռու մարզը: Այստեղ միանգամից չորս քաղաքներում դիտվել է 1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի արժեքի նվազում կրկին 1000–2000 դրամի սահմաններում: Լոռու մարզից հետո գալիս է Գեղարքունիքի մարզը, որտեղ արդեն 3 համայնքում է դիտվել գնի իջեցում:

Դիտելով Երևանի բնակելի տների շուկայական միջին գներն ըստ վարչական շրջանների՝ նկատում ենք, որ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ կրկին որոշակի գնային իջեցում կա: Ու այդ թիվը տարբեր վարչական շրջանների համար տատանվում է 200 դրամից մինչև 25 հազար դրամի սահմաններում:

Ըստ ուսումնասիրության՝ ամենից շատ նկատելի գնային իջեցում է տեղի ունեցել Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում: Եթե նախորդ տարվա օգոստոսին այդ թաղամասում գտնվող բնակելի տան 1 քառակուսի մետրն արժե էր 255 հազար դրամ, ապա արդեն այս տարի՝ 230 հազար դրամ:
