«Փաստ»   Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունը և էներգիայի կառավարման ու ավտոմատացման բնագավառում մասնագիտացված ֆրանսիական «Schneider Electric» ընկերությունն օրերս ստորագրել են փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ Հայաստանում գիտատեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի ծրագրերի իրագործման վերաբերյալ:
Հուշագիրը ստորագրել են Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը և ԱՊՀ–ում ու Ռուսաստանում «Schneider Electric» ընկերության բիզնեսի զարգացման և ռազմավարության գծով փոխնախագահ Արմեն Բադալովը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքից:

Ըստ այդմ՝ կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել Հայաստանում ինովացիոն էկոհամակարգի հետագա զարգացումն ու տեխնոլոգիական փորձի փոխանակումը խթանելու նպատակով մշակել Հայաստանում գիտատեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի համատեղ ծրագրերի իրագործմանն ուղղված գործողությունների ծրագիր:

Սուրեն Կարայանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում «Schneider Electric» ընկերության Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչության տնօրեն Ավետիք Քալանթարյանը և ընկերության բիզնեսի զարգացման և ռազմավարության գծով փոխնախագահ Արմեն Բադալովը նախարարին համառոտ ներկայացրել են ընկերության ծրագրերը Հայաստանում, մասնավորապես՝ արտադրական գործունեություն ծավալելու հեռանկարները, ինչպես նաև ընկերության կողմից բացված Էներգիայի բաշխման և ավտոմատացման կոմպետենտության կենտրոնի աշխատանքները:

Ֆրանսիական «Schneider Electric» էլեկտրամեքենաշինական ընկերությունը սարքավորումներ է ստեղծում արտադրական ձեռնարկությունների էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների, բնակելի ու քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների կառուցման, ինչպես նաև տվյալների մշակման կենտրոնների համար:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ այս ընկերությունը ավելի քան 1,5 դարյա պատմություն ունի. այն հիմնադրվել է հեռավոր 1836 թ. և մինչ օրս զբաղեցնում է շուկայի՝ իր ոլորտում առաջատարի դերը: Ընկերության անվանումն էլ գալիս է հիմնադիր եղբայրների՝ Էժեն ու Ադոլֆ Շնայդերների ազգանունից:

Հիմնման օրից մինչև երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ավարտը ընկերությունը հիմնականում զբաղվում էր զենքերի արտադրությամբ, ինչպես Ֆրանսիայի համար, այնպես էլ՝ արտահանման: Միաժամանակ ընկերությունը զբաղվում էր էլեկտրական լոկոմոտիվների, մետաղական կառույցների, չուգունի ու պողպատի արտադրությամբ:
Հետագայում ընկերությունը կենտրոնացել է էլեկտրատեխնիկական սարքավորումների արտադրությամբ, ինչն էլ անդրադարձել է ընկերության անվանման փոփոխության վրա՝ «Schneider Electric»:

Ի դեպ, այս ընկերությունը «Capital World Investors» համաշխարհային ընկերության ամենամեծ բաժնետերն է՝ բաժնետոմսերի ավելի քան 10%–ն իրեն է պատկանում: Դրան գումարած ընկերության 2016 թ. փետրվարյան շուկայական կապիտալիզացիան կազմել է 27 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար:
