«Այգ» հոգեբանական ծառայությունների կենտրոնի գիտական ղեկավար, պրոֆեսոր Ռուբեն Պողոսյանի մահվան դեպքով հարուցված քրեական գործը դատարանում է: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացանում է Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Հրանտ Համբարձումյանը 2017թ. հուլիսի 17-ին Երեւան քաղաքի Մաշտոցի պողոտայում գործող «ԱՅԳ» հոգեբանական կենտրոնում, դժգոհ մնալով նույն կենտրոնի հոգեբան Ռուբեն Պողոսյանի կողմից իր բուժման ընթացքում մատուցած ծառայություններից եւ բուժման անարդյունք մեթոդիկայից, թուղթ կտրելու դանակով դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել հոգեբան Ռուբեն Պողոսյանի դեմքի եւ պարանոցի շրջանում:

Նշանակված դատահոգեբուժական ստացիոնար փորձաքննության համաձայն՝ Հրանտ Համբարձումյանը տառապել եւ տառապում է «Շիզոֆրենիա պարանոիդ ձեւ ցնորազառանցական համախտանիշ» հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ եւ իրավախախտումը կատարելիս գտնվել է հոգեկան հիվանդագին խանգարվածության վիճակում, արարքը կատարել է ցնորազառանցական ապրումների ազդեցության ներքո, որը զրկել է նրան գիտակցել իր գործողությունների վտանգավորությունը եւ ղեկավարել դրանք: Փորձագետների գնահատմամբ՝ ներկայումս նա նույնպես չի կարող գիտակցել իր գործողությունների վտանգավորությունը եւ ղեկավարել դրանք: Ուստի՝ իրեն մեղսագրվող արարքի նկատմամբ նրան ճանաչել են անմեղսունակ:

Քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել քրեական գործով Հ.Համբարձումյանի  նկատմամբ հարուցել բժշկական բնույթի հարկադրական միջոցներ կիրառելու վարույթ: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան` մեղադրյալին հոգեբուժական հիվանդանոցում տեղավորելը որպես անվտանգության միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է:
