ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ պարզելու 2017 թ. հոկտեմբերի 2–ին «Արմենիա բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ–ից դատապարտյալի փախուստը կազմակերպելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները։

Հաշվի առնելով զինված միջադեպի նկատմամբ հանրային մեծ հետաքրքրությունը՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող դատապարտյալ Դ. Գալստյանը բուժզննում անցնելու նպատակով «Արմենիա բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ անոթային վիրաբուժության բաժանմունք է տեղափոխվել 2017 թ. հոկտեմբերի 2–ին՝ ժամը 14:30–ին` «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ–ի երեք աշխատակցի ուղեկցությամբ:

Նախնական քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ ժամը 15:20–ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ բաժանմունքի հիվանդասենյակ է մուտք գործել մի երիտասարդ՝ Երևանի բնակիչ, ծնված 1988 թ., և դատապարտյալ Դ. Գալստյանի փախուստը կազմակերպելու նպատակով իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող ինքնաձիգից կրակոց արձակել, ՔԿՀ անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Ա. Մարուքյանին հաջողվել է զինված անձին վնասազերծել առաջին կրակոցից անմիջապես հետո:

Օգտվելով ստեղծված իրավիճակից՝ դատապարտյալը, ՔԿՀ աշխատակցի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով, հափշտակել է նրան ամրակցված «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակը և կրակոցներ արձակել, սակայն նույն աշխատակցին հաջողվել է նախ հատուկ հնարքի կիրառմամբ խափանել դատապարտյալի կողմից դիպուկ կրակոցների արձակումը, այնուհետև՝ վնասազերծել նրան՝ հետ խլելով ատրճանակը:

Դատապարտյալը դիմել է փախուստի, որին հետապնդել են ՔԿՀ երկու աշխատակից և բժշկական կենտրոնի անվտանգության աշխատակցի աջակցությամբ տվյալ մասնաշենքի մուտքի մոտ բռնել նրան՝ կանխելով փախուստը:

1988 թ. ծնված երիտասարդը 2017թ. հոկտեմբերի 2–ին ձերբակալվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34–104–րդ հոդվածի 2–րդ մասի 1–ին և 2–րդ կետերով, 235–րդ հոդվածի 1–ին մասով, 38–34–355–րդ հոդվածի 2–րդ մասի 3–րդ կետով նախատեսված առերևույթ հանցավոր արարքներ կատարելու կասկածանքով:
