Կառավարության քննարկմանը կներկայացվի Հայաստանում աջ ղեկ ունեցող մեքենաների շահագործումն արգելելու որոշման նախագիծ

 ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունում քննարկումներ են եղել աջ ղեկ ունեցող ավտոմեքենաներով երթևեկությունը Հայաստանում արգելելու վերաբերյալ: Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարինե Աճեմյանի հարցին: «Այդ քննարկումների արդյունքում մենք դեռ որոշում չունենք: Դրանով մենք առաջին հերթին փորձում ենք անդրադառնալ և՛ երթևեկության, և՛ մարդկանց անվտանգության խնդիրներին: Հաշվի առնելով ոստիկանության կողմից ներկայացված տեղեկատվությունը, թե քանի տոկոսն են կազմում աջ ղեկ ունեցող մեքենաների մասնակցությամբ վթարները՝ մենք կունենանք որոշման նախագիծ, որը կքննարկվի նաև Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունների հետ և կներկայացնենք կառավարության քննարկմանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը:

Նա հավելեց, որ Հայաստանը ժամանակին ընդունել է աջակողմյան երթևեկության կանոնները, իսկ այդ դեպքում մեքենայի ղեկը պետք է լինի ձախ կողմում: «Մենք այս կարգին համապատասխան մեքենաներ պետք է ունենանք: Նույնիսկ եթե լինի որոշում արգելելու մասին, մենք աջակողմյան ղեկով մեքենա ունեցող վարորդներին ժամանակ կտրամադրենք, որպեսզի նրանք ղեկը փոխեն և տեղադրեն ձախ կողմում»,- ընդգծեց Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը:

Արձագանքելով նախարարի պատասխանին՝ Կարինե Աճեմյանն ընդգծեց, որ եղել են մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց կամքով ղեկը տեղափոխել են, սակայն դրանից հետո բազմաթիվ տեխնիկական խնդիրներ են առաջացել, և մեքենան այլևս շահագործման պիտանի չի եղել: «Այսինքն, այդ ղեկը տեղափոխելու հետևանքով խնդիրներ են առաջացել, որոնք հանգեցրել են նաև վթարների: Դուք խոսում եք աջակողմյան ղեկ ունեցող մեքենաների մասնակցությամբ վթարների մասին, բայց նաև ղեկի տեղափոխման հետևանքով են վթարներ առաջացել: Մարդիկ նաև անհանգստացած են, քանի որ արգելքի դեպքում նրանք այդ մեքենաները նույնիսկ վաճառել չեն կարող: Ես խնդրում եմ, որ քննարկումները շարունակելու դեպքում նաև մասնագետների ներգրավեք, որպեսզի վերջնական որոշումը ճիշտ լինի»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Նախարարը պատասխանեց, որ քննարկումներին մասնագետների անպայման կներգրավեն, սակայն ևս մեկ անգամ հավելեց, որ առաջնահերթը մարդու անվտանգությունն է:
