Լոռիում դանակահարվել են երկու եղբայր, որոնցից մեկը գտնվում էր հետախուզման մեջ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ երկու անձի դանակահարության դեպքի առթիվ:

2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 03-ին՝ ժամը 02:40-ին, «Ալավերդու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ կտրած-ծակած վերքերով բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 2 տղամարդ: Պարզվել է, որ դանակահարվածները եղբայրներ են՝ ծնված 1982 և 1989թթ.:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Եղբայրները  ճանաչվել են  տուժող:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է եղբայրների՝ ծանր մարմնական վնաս ստանալու դեպքի վայրը, տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի վերաբերյալ, և հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանությանը՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։

Քննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ դանակահարված եղբայրներից մեկը սեպտեմբերի 10-ից հետախուզման մեջ էր գտնվում՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով նախատեսված արարք կատարելու մեղադրանքով։

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 7-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, առևանգվել է Լոռու մարզի անչափահաս բնակչուհի՝ ծնված 1999թ։ Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ աղջկան առևանգել էին Լոռու մարզի 4 բնակիչ. նրան նախ տեղափոխել էին Գյումրի, ապա՝ Երևան, այնուհետև՝  Էջմիածին։

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի և 34-138-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Լոռու մարզի երկու բնակչի մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի,  մեկին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի և 34-138-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով: 4-րդ անձի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում։ Վերջինիս այսօր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ անչափահասի առևանգման գործով:
