ԱՄՆ-ն Ալիևի դեմ բանաձևով գուցե փորձ է անում կանխել «Ադրբեջանական լվացքատան» պես նյութերը Ադրբեջանի` ԱՄՆ-ում ծավալած գործունեության մասին. ադրբեջանագետ

Ադրբեջանագետ Տաթև Հայրապետյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով ամերիկյան Կոնգրեսի օրակարգ ներառված Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի վարչակազմի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու մասին օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը, նկատեց, որ բանաձևի ընդունման առաջարկն ի հայտ է եկել «Ադրբեջանական լվացքատան» հրապարակումից հետո:

Ըստ նրա` նման օրինագիծ առաջ բերելով ԱՄՆ-ն ցույց է տալիս, որ պահպանում է ժողովրդավարության էլեմենտը: «ԱՄՆ-ն մշտապես փորձել է հանդես գալ որպես ժողովրդավարական կարգերին սատար կանգնող երկիր, և նման իրավիճակում Ադրբեջանում կատարվողին ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից միջամտելը տրամաբանական է և դեռ ուշացած»,-ասաց նա:

Նշենք, որ Հանրապետական Քրիսթոֆեր Սմիթի և Մագնիտսկու հայտնի օրենքի հեղինակ դեմոկրատ Ջիմ ՄըքԳովերնի հեղինակած բանաձևը, մասնավորապես, կոչ է անումպատասխանատվության ենթարկել մարդու իրավունքների չդադարող ոտնահարումների համար մեղքի իրենց բաժինն ունեցող ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաներին:

«Իրականում աշխարհը չի կարող լիարժեք անտարբեր լինել հատկապես, երբ սկսում են խաղալ այդ երկրների իմիջի հետ, որոնք հանդես են գալիս որպես ժողովրդավարության պաշտպաններ»,-ասաց Տաթև Հայրապետյանը և նշեց, որ նման քայլերն իմիջը շտկելուն են ուղղված:

Նա նկատեց, որ թեկուզ այս հետազոտությունում չկա որևէ բան Ադրբեջանի` Ամերիկայում ծավալած գործունեության մասին, բայց որոշ ժամանակ անց Թրամփի հետ կապված հետաքրքրիր նորություններ էին հայտնվել և պակաս ակտիվ չէ ադրբեջանական լոբբինգն Ամերիկայում: «Միգուցե այդ օրինագծով փորձ են անում կանխել, որ նման հետազոտություններ լույս չտեսնեն նույն Ադրբեջանի` ԱՄՆ-ում ծավալած գործունեության վերաբերյալ, որովհետև վնաս է հասցնում իմիջին»,-ասաց նա:

Ադրբեջանագետը նշեց, որ դժվարանում է ասել` այս բանաձևը կընդունվի, թե ոչ, բայց կարծում է, որ միգուցե հայկական լոբբիի կողմից տարվող բավականաչափ քարոզչությունը նպաստի դրա ընդունմանը: Նա նաև հավանական համարեց, որ մինչ բանաձևի ընդունումը Ադրբեջանը հարկադրված լինի զիջումների գնալ, ազատել որոշ քաղբանտարկյալների` հաշվի առնելով, որ դա վտանգավոր բանաձև է Ադրբեջանի համար:

«Այս հարաբերություններում չեն կարող որևէ ձևով խառնված չլինել նաև տնտեսական բնույթի շահեր, որոնք միշտ էլ քաղաքականության հիմքում ընկած են: Ամերիկան ինչ-որ դիվիդենտներ ունի շահելու, որոնք այս պահին հստակ չեն երևում:  Ես կարծում եմ, որ ամեն ինչ փոխկապակցված է, միայն տեսնել սև ու սպիտակ և չտեսնել բազմաթիվ երանգները սխալ կլինի»,-ասաց նա:

Տաթև Հայրապետյանը նշեց, որ եթե նույնիսկ չընդունվի այս օրինագիծը, ապա նույնիսկ դրա առաջ քաշումը, քննարկումը կստիպի Ադրբեջանին հետևություններ անել և որոշակի լուծումների գնալ ժողովրդավարության առումով:
