Վարդան Բոստանջյանը կիսում է կոլեգաների տեսակետը

Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցության մի խումբ պատգամավորներ վերջին օրերին իրենց տարբեր հարցազրույցներում կառավարության գործունեությունը բացասական են գնահատում և խոսում երկրում առկա բազմաթիվ խնդիրների մասին։ Այս ու այլ թեմաների հետ կապված Slaq.am-ը զրուցեց տնտեսագետ, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Վարդան Բոստանջյանի հետ, ով իր խոսքում նշեց,որ կիսում է իր գործընկերների մտահոգությունը:
«Ես կիսում եմ իմ գործընկերների մտահոգությունը և համամիտ եմ մոտեցումների և քննադատություների հետ, որովհետև բոլոր պարագաներում հասկանալի է, որ մեզանում այսօր կա գնաճ, մեզ մոտ շարունակվում է արտագաղթը, առկա է աղքատության բարձր մակարդակ և սոցիալական ոլորտում խոցելի բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ։ Այս պարագայում պարզապես կառավարության նկատմամաբ դժգոհությունները և բնութագրերը, ըստ էության, իրականությանը համապատասխանում են, և ես, բնականաբար, չեմ կարող չկիսել իրենց մտահոգությունները։ Այդուհանդերձ, ես հակված եմ մտածելու, որ մենք պետք է շուտափույթ կարողանանք ուղղորդված ու արդյունավետ քայլեր կատարել, ինչը այս պահի դրությամբ, մինչև անգամ պաշտոնական վիճակագրական տվյալներով իսկ հանդերձ, մենք չենք նկատում մեծ առաջընթաց, որը կարող է պարզապես բազմաթիվ խոցելի խնդիրներ լուծել»,- ասաց Վարդան Բոստանջյանը։
Տնտեսագետի խոսքով ցանկացած տնտեսական զարգացում առաջին հերթին կապված է ներդրումների հետ․
«Ներդրումների կտրվածքով ոչ վաղ անցյալում՝ ապրիլի 2-ի ընտրություններից առաջ, արդեն մեր քաղաքական ուժը բազմակի անգամ և երաշխիքների մեծ հույսով շեշտադրում էր մեր հասարակությանը, որ մեծ ծավալի՝ գրեթե 15 մլրդ դոլարին հասնող ներդրումներ են պատրաստ կատարել և կար համապատասխան մարդկանց կողմից նման երաշխիքներ։
Ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավման գործընթացի սկսումը, ըստ էության, պետք է բերի նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, եկամուտների բարձրացման և, ընդհանրապես, խոցելի խավի աղքատության կրճատման, ինչը նաև խոստացավ գործող կառավարությունը, բայց ցավոք այս պահի դրությամբ մենք նկատելի, շոշափելի հաջողություններ չենք կարողանում տեսնել»,- ասաց նա։
