Չնայած առաջին հայացքից կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծվել, թե Հայաստանում աշունը քաղաքական իմաստով դեռևս այնքան էլ չի շտապում թեժանալ՝ չհաշված, իհարկե, որոշ բացառություններ, փաստ է, սակայն, որ այն  ոչ մի կերպ չի կարելի մեռած համարել: Իրականում տեղի են ունենում պրոցեսներ, որոնք թեպետ կրում են թաքնված բնույթ, սակայն շատ մեծ կարևորություն ունեն մեր երկրի համար. հիմա հիմնական պրոցեսներն ավելի շատ ընթանում են արտաքին դաշտում, քան՝ ներքին, ավելին՝ ներքաղաքական օրակարգն այսօր ձևավորվում է առավելապես արտաքին քաղաքական դաշտում ընթացող պրոցեսների կողմից:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, պետական այցով Հայաստանում է գտնվում Չեխիայի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի սենատի նախագահ Միլան Շտեխն ԱԺ-ում Հայաստանի պատգամավորների առաջ ունեցած իր ելույթում հայտարարել է, թե չեխ գործարարները Հայատանին շատ տարբեր բաներ ունեն առաջարկելու: Դրանով ըստ էության, նա ակնարկել է Հայաստան-ԵՄ փոխգործակցության խորացման պարագայում մեր երկրի ունենալիք հնարավոր օգուտների մասին: Ավելին՝ հավաստիացրել է, թե Չեխիան Բաքվին զենք չի վաճառում, քանի որ «Չեխիան հարգում է այն էմբարգոն, որը դրված է այդպիսի վտանգավոր երկրների վրա»:

Շտեխի խոսքերը, պետք է նկատել, է՛լ ավելի արտահայտիչ են դառնում հատկապես Երևանում, հոկտեմբերի 4-ին մեկնարկած Արևելյան գործընկերության հինգերորդ հանդիպման ֆոնին. այս պարագայում, փաստորեն, պետք է համարել, որ ԱԺ բարձր ամբիոնից բարբառում է ոչ թե Չեխիան, այլ Եվրամիությունը՝ փորձելով Հայաստանին իրեն մատուցել որպես իրական այլընտրանք: Թե որքանով է Շտեխին դա հաջողվել, քննարկման մի փոքր այլ թեմա է, բայց այն, որ հնչած ուղերձները շատ կոնկրետ ուղղվածություն ունեն, կասկածից վեր է:

Սրան գումարած պակաս ուշագրավ չստացվեց նաև ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցած քվերակությունը «Ելքի» նախագծի շուրջ. ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու կասկածելի նախաձեռնությունը շռնդալից կերպով տապալվեց ու ձայների բացարձակ մեծամասնությամբ ԱԺ-ն դեմ քվեարկեց Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությանը: Բայց քվեարկությունն առանց անակնկալների չանցավ. Արտաշես Գեղամյանը, որին հազիվ թե հնարավոր լինի մեղադրել արևմտամետության մեջ, պարզվում է, կողմ է քվերակել «Ելքի» նախաձեռնությանը՝ կամա-ակամա իր նպաստը բերելով Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությանը:

Հարց է առաջանում. Գեղամյանի շփոթմունքն իրո՞ք պատահաբար է եղել, թե՞, այնուամենայնիվ, լավ պլանավորված բնույթ է կրել՝ հաշվի առնելով ինչ-ինչ նյուանսներ: Ու եթե, այնուամենայնիվ, Գեղամյանի սայթաքումն ամենևին էլ պատահական չի եղել, ապա ինչպես պետք է հասկանալ նրա այդ բեմադրված քայլը: Հետևությունն այս պարագայում կարող է միայն մեկը լինել. փորձ է արվում ոմանց հասկացնել, որ  ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի հավատարմությունն իր գինն ունի, ու եթե սպասելիքները չարդարացվեն, ապա կարող է տեղի ունենալ անսպասելին:

Որքանո՞վ է այսօր Հայաստանը կարիք զգում ուղերձ հղելու համապատասխան ուղղություններով, քննարկման բոլորովին այլ թեմա է, սակայն այն, որ քաղաքականության մեջ պատահականություններ գործնականում չեն լինում, անհերքելի ճշմարտություն է. մնում է սպասել իրադարձությունների հետագա զարգացմանը…
