Վերջին մեկ տարում ԱԻՆ «Տեղեկատվական ապահովման և ազդարարման կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն աշխատողներ չի ունեցել: Կառավարության՝ ՓԲԸ-ն լուծարելու մասին որոշումից էլ աշխատակիցները չեն տուժել, քանի որ մեկ տարի առաջ կենտրոնի երեք աշխատակիցներն արդեն տեղափոխվել են ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության օպերատիվ կառավարման վարչություն:

Ինչ վերաբերում է արդեն լուծարված ՓԲԸ-ի գործառույթներին, ապա դրանք բավականին շատ են եղել, սակայն բոլորն էլ կրկնվել են: Այսինքն, այն գործառույթները, որոնք պետք է իրականացներ նշված ՓԲԸ-ն, իրականում նաև այլ ստորաբաժանման՝ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի և Փրկարար ծառայության պատասխանավտության տակ է եղել և իրականացվել:

Կարճ ասած՝ «Տեղեկատվական ապահովման և ազդարարման կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն ԱԻՆ-ի կառույցում հնից որպես ժառանգության մնացած մի կառույց է եղել, որը ներկայում կարելի է ասել՝ սպառել էր իրեն:

ԱԻ նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գագիկ Հայրապետյանը «Փաստի»՝ ինչն էր պատճառը, որ կառավարությունը նման որոշում կայացրեց և արդյո՞ք ընկերության կրճատումը չի վտանգի ծառայությունների պատշաճ և որակյալ մատուցմանը, նշեց, որ այն կայացվել է երկու պատճառով, որոնք երկուսն էլ կարևոր են եղել:

«Մի կողմից ստորաբաժանման գործառույթները և նախարարության այլ՝ նմանատիպ ստորաբաժանումների գործառույթները կրկնվում էին, մյուս կողմից ընկերությունը շահութաբեր չէր և նախարարության առջև դրված խնդիրների իրականացմանը չէր նպաստում: Ժամանակի ընթացքում կազմակերպության կողﬕց մատուցված ծառայություններն այլևս անհրաժեշտ չէին և ավելի նպատակահարմար էր ընկերությունը լուծարել: Ինչ վերաբերում է ընկերության սակավաթիվ աշխատակիցներն, ապա նրանցից ոչ մեկն անգործ չի մնացել և նրանք բոլորն էլ աշխատանքի են տեղավորվել այլ ստորաբաժանումներում»,- ասաց Գ. Հայրապետյանը:
