Որ սուպերմարկետներում աշխատակիցները կարող են սպառողների գնումների մեջ «խմբագրումներ» կատարել և չգնված ինչ–որ ապրանք ավելացնել գնումների ցանկին՝ նորություն չէ ոչ մեկի համար: Այս մասին շատ է խոսվել, նույնիսկ շատ սպառողներ փաստեր են ներկայացրել սոցիալական ցանցերի իրենց միկրոբլոգներում, բայց իրավիճակը դրանից հետո այդպես էլ չի փոխվել:

Սպառողներից շատերը օրով, ժամով նշել են, թե կոնկրետ որ ապրանքն իրենք չէին գնել, բայց սուպերմարկետների աշխատակիցներն այն «սղղացրել» ու ավելացրել են իրենց գնումների ցանկին:

Երեկ ՍԱՍ սուպերմարկետների ցանցի Բաղրամյան փողոցի մասնաճյուղում առավոտյան գնում կատարելիս սպառողը հայտնաբերել էր, որ իր գնած 2 կտոր թխվածքի դիմաց կտրոնի վրա գրված է 3: Եվ, բնականաբար, սպառողից գանձապահը 3–ի գումար է գանձել:

Սպառողն այս մասին անմիջապես իրազեկել է գանձապահին, հետո եկել են այլ աշխատակիցներ, ստուգել են, համոզվել ու վերադարձրել չգնված ապրանքի գումարը: Բայց սպառողի կողմից նման «ստուգում» հնարավոր է եղել իրականացնել, քանի որ վաղ առավոտյան սուպերմարկետից օգտվողները շատ չեն եղել: Պատկերացրեք, թե ամեն անգամ հնարավո՞ր է ստուգել կտրոնի «բովանդակությունը», այն էլ օրվա առավել պիկ ժամերին:

Եվ այդ է պատճառը, որ ավելի հաճախ մարդիկ նման խախտումները հայտնաբերում են, երբ տուն են հասնում: Դրանից հետո, բնականաբար, բավականին դժվար է լինում ապացուցելը, որ ոչ թե 3, այլ 2 կտոր է եղել գնված խմորեղենը: Եվ այդ պատճառով է, որ մարդիկ հիմնականում վրդովվում են, բողոքում, բայց չեն կարողանում փաստերով հիմնավորել, որ սուպերմարկետում իրենց խաբել են ու չգնված ապրանքի դիմաց գումար գանձել: Մնում է կրկին կոչ անել սպառողներին, որ սուպերմարկետներից օգտվելիս շատ զգոն լինեն, քանի որ նման «թյուրիմացությունները» ոչ թե շտկվում կամ վերացվում են, այլ՝ շարունակվում: Իսկ պետական մարմիններին այս անգամ ոչ դիմում ենք, ոչ էլ կոչ անում, քանի որ եղած չեղած նույնն է, քանի որ նրանք էլ կամ վերջինն են իմանում նման խախտումների մասին, կամ իմանալու դեպքում լռում են, որ իրենցից բացի ուրիշները չիմանան:
