ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն բացահայտվել է 48-ամյա տղամարդու սպանությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով բացահայտվել է 48-ամյա տղամարդու սպանությունը՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել՝ շարժառիթի վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2017թ. հոկտեմբերի 3-ին` ժամը 20:35-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ որովայնի հրազենային վնասվածքով բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի տղամարդ՝ ծնված 1969 թ., ում կյանքը փրկել չի հաջողվել և հոկտեմբերի 4-ի առավոտյան՝ առանց գիտակցության գալու, մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում իրականացվել են մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ։

Արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ կատարման եղանակը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Երևանի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1971թ., տուժողի հետ նրա առնչությունը: 46-ամյա տղամարդուն պատկանող ավտոմեքենաներում, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, կատարվել են խուզարկություններ և «Մինի Կուպեր» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերվել է 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի պարկուճ։ Վերցվել են անհրաժեշտ փորձանմուշներ և նշանակվել փորձաքննություններ։

Տղամարդը սպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
