Առաջին անգամ կազմակերպված հաշմանդամ մարզիկների սեղանի թենիսի Երևան քաղաքի բաց առաջնությանը մասնակցել են հաշմանդամ թենիսիստներ մայրաքաղաքից, ՀՀ մարզերից և Արցախից: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ անցկացված այս ստուգատեսի նպատակը հաշմանդամություն ունեցող քաղաքացիներին մարզական տարատեսակ միջոցառումներին ներգրավելն ու նրանց համար ակտիվ ժամանց ապահովելն է: Առաջնության ընթացքին հետևել են Երևանի քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Գոռ Վարդանյանը, քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի սպորտի բաժնի պետ Յուրի Մամիկոնյանը և «Երևանի սպորտկոմիտե» ՀՈԱԿ տնօրեն Հրանտ Ենոքյանը: 

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից ողջունելով մրցումների կազմակերպիչներին ու մասնակիցներին` Գոռ Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն այսուհետ ևս խթանելու է մայրաքաղաքի ակտիվ մարզական առօրյան և, մասնավորապես, հաշմանդամ մարզիկների միջև անցկացվող տարբեր առաջնությունները: Հաշմանդամ անձանց սեղանի թենիսի հայկական ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Կամո Դավթյանն էլ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար, նշել է, որ հաշմանդամ մարզիկներին ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունը պարտավորեցնող է հետագայում ավելի լավ արդյունքների հասնելու ու Հայաստանը միջազգային մրցաշարերում հավուր պատշաճի ներկայացնելու տեսակետից: Կամո Դավթյանը քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Գոռ Վարդանյանին է հանձնել քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին ուղղված շնորհակալագիրը՝ հաշմանդամ անձանց սեղանի թենիսի Երևանի բաց առաջնությանն աջակցելու, հաշմանդամային սպորտի զարգացման և մասսայականացման գործում ներդրած ավանդի համար:
Մրցումների արդյունքներով աղջիկների պայքարում հաղթող է ճանաչվել Մելանյա Ղազարյանը, երկրորդը արցախցի մարզուհի Արմինե Մարտիրոսյանն էր, երրորդը` Էլեն Սարգսյանը Երևանից: Անվասայլակավոր թենիսիստների պայքարում առաջին երեք տեղերն զբաղեցրել են Նուբար Կիրակոսյանը, Հունան Հունանյանը և Սողոմոն Ներսիսյանը: Ոչ սայլակավոր հաշմանդամ մարզիկներից ամենաուժեղը երևանցի Գևորգ Բեգլարյանն էր: Երկրորդ տեղն է զբաղեցրել սպիտակցի Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, իսկ երրորդը՝ Արթուր Գալստյանը:
