ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրները պարտավոր են ադապտացվել գլոբալ փոփոխություններին և միաժամանակ շրջանցել դրանք ու մեկ քայլ առաջ գտնվել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նման կարծիք հայտնեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը Եվրասիական գործընկերության միջազգային երկրորդ համաժողովի ընթացքում ունեցած ելույթում:

 «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունները պետք է հաշվի առնեն գլոբալ փոփոխությունները, որոնք տեղի են ունենում աշխարհում: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը  զարգացնելու առաջին քայլերից մեկը թվայնացումն է, որը թույլ կտա տնտեսական հոլովումը փոխել, փոխել մեր կյանքը, հին մոտեցումներն այն մասին, թե ինչպես է կազմակերպված տնտեսությունը, հասարակությունը»,- ասաց ԵՏՀ նախագահը:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների նախագահները դեկտեմբերին հանձնարարական են տվել մշակել զարգացման ուղիներ` թվայնացման մասով: «Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին մենք պետք է քննարկենք այս փաստաթուղթը: Մեր գաղափարն այն է, որ առաջադրվեն միտումներ: Յուրօրինակ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել, որովհետև անդամ պետություններն ստացել են լրացուցիչ լիազորություններ, ընդլայնել են իրենց տնտեսական ինքնավարությունը: Սա նշանակում է, որ անկախ բնակչության թվից, տարածքից, մենք բոլորս ունենք հավասար իրավունքներ ու հնարավորություններ որոշումներ կայացնելու հարցում, որոնք տարածվում են ողջ ԵԱՏՄ-ի վրա: Սա թույլ է տալիս բոլորին ներկայացնել իրենց հետաքրքրությունները, իրացնել հնարավորությունները, որովհետև բոլոր պետությունները, կրկնում եմ, ունեն նույն իրավունքները Եվրասիական տնտեսական կոլեգիայի կայացման վրա ազդելու հարցում»,- նշեց Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:
