Ճամբարակում համայնքապետի 3 թեկնածու է առաջադրվել. ՀՀԿ–ն դարձյալ առաջադրել է արդեն 12 տարի պաշտոնավարող քաղաքապետին

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սահմանամերձ Ճամբարակ քաղաքում 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ին ևս կկայանան համայնքի ղեկավարի և ավագանու հերթական ընտրությունները:
Մի շարք համայնքների` Ճամբարակին միացվելուց հետո համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրությունները կկայանան առաջին անգամ։ Ճամբարակ համայնքի կազմում են ներառվել Ճամբարակ քաղաքը, Անտառաﬔջ, Ձորավանք, Դպրաբակ, Կալավան, Այգուտ, Մարտունի, Գետիկ, Թթուջուր, Վահան և Աղբերք գյուղերը:
Համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար առաջադրվել են 3 թեկնածուներ՝ Ճամբարակ քաղաքի ղեկավար ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից առաջադրված Յուրիկ Ավալյանը, ինքնառաջադրվել է Թթուջուր համայնքի ղեկավար ՀՀԿ-ական Վիգեն Սահակյանը և ինքնառաջադրված անկուսակցական Վազգեն Ադամյանը:
2005թ-ից Ճամբարակի քաղաքապետ ընտրված Յուրիկ Ավալյանը Tert.am-ից հետաքրքվեց, թե ինչ նոր ծրագրեր ունի, որոնք կիսատ են մնացել և ցանկանում է կյանքի կոչել:
«Առաջադրումներն արդեն կան, ընտրարշավը երբ որ կլինի, դուրս կգանք, ժողովրդի հետ խոսակցությունները կունենաք: Ես չեմ կարա նստեմ հիմա հեռախոսով ծրագրերից, չգիտեմ ինչերից խոսեմ»,-ասաց նա:
Թե ի՞նչ ծրագեր է կյանքի կոչել որպես Ճամբարակի քաղաքապետ 2005թ-ից այս կողմ, և ինչի համար պետք է նորից իրեն ընտրեն, Ավալյանը հակադարձեց. «Եթե 2005թ-ին այս համայնքի պատկերն ունենայիք, մեկ էլ հիմա ունենայիք, այդ հարցը ինձ չէիք տա»,-ասաց նա:
Իսկ երբ քաղաքապետն իմացավ, որ իր հետ խոսում է ծննդով ճամբարակցի լրագրող, որ այդպես էլ ներդումների ու աշխատատեղերի նկատելի փոփոխություն չի տեսել, այն դեպքում, երբ քաղաքը որպես սահմանամերձ համայնքը բիզնես գործունեության արտոնություն է ստացել և ազատվել հարկերից, քաղաքապետը վրդովվեց. «Եթե 2005թ-ից մինչև հիմա քաղաքում բան չի փոխվել ու դուք չեք տեսել ես ձեզ հետ խոսելիք չունեմ»,-ասաց և անջատեց հեռախոսը:
Նշենք, որ սահմանամերձ Ճամբարակը չնայած արտագաղթի տեմպերին, և աշխատատեղերի բացակայությանը, բնակչությունն ընտրություններին մշտապես իշխանություններին բարձր վստահություն է հայտնում:
