ANALYSIS
Անցած շաբաթ ԱԺ նստաշրջանի հիմնական թեման դարձավ Փաշինյան-Գեղամյան մենամարտը: Այնինչ, բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հանդես էր եկել ուշագրավ հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ նշում էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ից հրավիրված մասնագետների խումբը ենթադրում է, որ Խոսրովի անտառի հրդեհը բնածին չէր, արհեստածին էր, կա մարդկային գործոն` երեք տարբեր տեղերում: Մինասյանին լրագրողները բազում հարցեր ուղղեցին, բայց ոչ այս թեմայով, այլ անգղերի որսի սիրահար հանրապետական գյուղապետի հետ կապված:
Մամուլին հասկանալ կարելի է` դիտումներ բերելու համար ամենաարդյունավետ տարբերակը հանրային հնչեղություն ունեցող թեմաներից խոսելն է: Եվ միշտ չէ, որ դիտավորությամբ որոշ թեմաներ դուրս են մնում օրակարգից:
Ամեն դեպքում փաստենք, որ Մինասյանի ասածը նորություն չէ: Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ նման հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկել Կախա Կալաձեն` նշելով, որ Վրաստանում բռնկված հրդեհները դիվերսիայի հետքեր ունեն, որոնք հիշեցնում են 2008թ. օգոստոսյան պատերազմը: Կալաձեի ակնարկը թափանցիկ էր, նա ակնարկում էր ռուսական կողմին: Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, որևէ ակնարկ չի անում, չնայած պարզ է, որ ամերիկացի մասնագետների ենթադրությունների, ինչպես նաև Կարեն Կարապետյանի `հրդեհի օրերին դրսևորած լռության ֆոնին, սլաքներն ուղղվում են ռուսական կողմի և այդ կողմի շահերը ներկայացնող Կարապետյանի վրա:
