«Անելիքները շատ են». Սերժ Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է Երեւանի կենտրոնում աղմկահարույց դեպքերին

Իրավապահ ոլորտում անելիքները շատ են. վերջին ամիսներին տարբեր մարզերում, ինչպես նաեւ մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած աղմկահարույց դեպքերը վկայում են դրա մասին: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին, Քննչական կոմիտեի կոլեգիայի հանդիսավոր նիստի ժամանակ իր ելույթում նշել է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
«Կասկածից վեր է, որ այս գործերով պետք է իրականացվի մանրակրկիտ, համակողմանի եւ անաչառ քննություն՝ կատարվածի բոլոր մանրամասները պարզելու, բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, բոլոր մեղավորներին հայտնաբերելու եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար: Ի վերջո, երկրում օրինականության վիճակը որոշվում է ոչ միայն հանցագործությունների քանակով, այլեւ դրանք իրավասու մարմինների կողմից բացահայտելու կարողությամբ: Հանրությունը պետք է վստահ լինի, որ Հայաստանում անօրինականության եւ անկարգության ցանկացած դրսեւորում արագ բացահայտվելու եւ օրենքի ողջ ուժով անխուսափելիորեն պատժվելու է»,-ընդգծել է ՀՀ նախագահը:
Ամփոփելով իր խոսքը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշել է.
«Խոսքս ամփոփելով` նշեմ, որ ընդամենը երեք տարի է անցել այն օրից, երբ ստեղծվեց Քննչական կոմիտեն: Արդեն կարող ենք փաստել, որ ունենք կայացած եւ հաջողված միասնական քննչական մարմին: Այս մարմինն ի վիճակի է լավագույնս լուծելու իր առջեւ դրված բոլոր խնդիրները: Ուզում եմ վստահ լինել, որ կառույցի հաջողությունները տեսանելի են լինելու նաեւ վաղը՝ պետական կառավարման նոր ձեւի պայմաններում:
Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ կոմիտեն մշտապես համալրվի որակյալ կադրերով: Ավագ սերնդի քննիչները պետք է աջակցեն երիտասարդների առաջխաղացմանը, իսկ նորեկները պետք է կոփվեն տարիներ շարունակ ձեւավորված լավագույն ավանդույթների բովում: Լավ աշխատանքը մշտապես պետք է գնահատվի, բարձր որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետները պետք է խրախուսվեն:
Պետությունը պատրաստ է աջակցելու, որպեսզի քննիչների աշխատանքը լինի ավելի որակյալ եւ արդյունավետ: Կարծում եմ՝ կոմիտեի կարգավիճակին հարիր շենքային պայմաններն ու տեխնիկական հնարավորությունները, որոնք տարեցտարի բարելավվում են, նպաստում են դրան եւ պարտավորեցնում չբավարարվել եղած ձեռքբերումներով՝ հատկապես, որ 2018 թվականը քննիչների համար նշանավորվելու է սոցիալական կարեւորագույն խնդրի լուծմամբ: Մանրամասները Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը կասի:
