Յուրի Խաչատուրովը ներկայացրեց Հայաստանում մեկնարկած ՀԱՊԿ զորավարժությունների սցենարը

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը ներկայացրեց առաջիկա 5 օրերին անցկացվող օպերատիվ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի և հայ-ռուսական միացյալ զորախմբի զորավարժությունների սցենարը: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Յուրի Խաչատուրովը նախ նկատեց, որ առաջիկա օրերին Հայաստանի զորավարժարաններում անցկացվող «Փոխգործակցություն-2017» զորավարժությունը մաս է կազմում «Եղբայրություն-2017» զորավարժությունների, որի մեկնարկը տրվել է Դոնի Ռոստովում:
«Վերջերս մենք Հայաստանում անցկացրեցինք «Որոնում-2017» զորավարժությունները` հետախուզական ստորաբաժանումների մասնակցությամբ, որին էլ հաջորդում են օպերատիվ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի մասնակցությամբ զորավարժությունները: Զորավարժությունների սցենարով ահաբեկիչները մեծ ուժերով ներխուժել են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պայմանական երկրներից մեկի տարածք և խնդիրներ են առաջացրել: Մենք հետախուզական աշխատանքներն արդեն իրականացրել ենք, հիմա կիրականացնենք պլանավորումը, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին` կսկսենք ահաբեկիչներին ոչնչացնելու գործընթացը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` մանրամասնեց Խաչատուրովը:
Նա հավելեց, որ զորավարժությունների ևս մեկ փուլ կանցկացվի Ղազախստանի տարածքում, որին կմասնակցեն ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահ ստորաբաժանումները: «Ըստ զորավարժությունների սցենարի` ահաբեկիչներին վնասազերծելուց հետո գործի են դրվում խաղաղապահ ուժերը` կարգուկանոն հաստատելու համար:
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարն ընդգծեց, որ զորավարժություններն անցկացվում են ՌԴ հարավային ռազմական օկրուգի հրամանատարությամբ` պարզաբանելով, որ կարող են օգտագործվել խոցման միջոցներ, որոնցից ունեն միայն ՌԴ զինված ուժերը և միայն ռուս զինծառայողները կարող են կիրառել:
Խաչատուրովը նշեց, որ զորավարժությունների ընթացքում կկիրառվեն տարբեր տեսակի զինատեսակներ, սակայն հավելեց, որ «Իսկանդեր» չի կիրառվի, քանի որ դրա գործնական կիրառումը Հայաստանում բարդ կլինի` հաշվի առնելով երկրի փոքր տարածքը:
