Կոնվերս բանկի Սայաթ-Նովա մասնաճյուղից այսօր նախնական հաշվարկներով՝ հափշտակվել է տարբեր արժույթների մոտ 95.750.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք կանխիկ գումար: Վերջերս նման դեպքերը՝ սուպերմարկետների, բանկոմատների վրա հարձակումները հաճախակի են դարձել:
Անվտանգության պահպանության հարցերի վերաբերյալ Tert.am-ը զրուցեց ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախկին նախարար Կարլոս Ղազարյանի հետ:
Նրա խոսքով՝ նման տարածքները, որոնք թիրախային են, պետք է պահպանվեն ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության վարչության կողմից:
«Կան բանկեր և կազմակերպություններ, որոնց անվտանգությունն իրականացնում են ոստիկանության ծառայողները, կան բանկեր և կազմակերպություններ, որտեղ այդ գործառույթն իրականացնում են անվտանգության գործառույթներ իրականացնող մասնավոր ընկերությունները: Կազմակերպությունների, բանկերի տերերը ժլատություն են անում և վերջը սա է լինում»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ դեպքին,Ղազարյանն ասաց,որ պետք է հաշվի առնել մի շարք հանգամանքներ,այնուհետև ասել,թե ինչպես է անձը կարողացել աշխատանքային ժամի մտնել բանկ և խոշոր չափի գումար տանել։
Հարցին,թե վերանալով կոնկրետ դեպքից անվտանգության պահպանության որ մեխանիզմն է ավելի արդյունավետ,Կարլոս Ղազարյանն ասաց,որ տարիներ առաջ ևս Կոնվերս Բանկի վրա զինված հարձակում էր եղել,որը կանխվել էր ոստիկանության ծառայողի կողմից.«Պարզ չէ՞,որ ոստիակներրը առավել պատարստ են, ծառայության ստուգումներ են անցկացնում, պատրաստակամություն կա, ֆիզպատրաստվածություն են անցնում, պետական ապարատ է և համեմատելի չէ քաղաքացիական ինչ-որ կազմակերպության հետ, մասնավոր կազմակերպության հետ»։
