ՀՀ և Թուրքմենստանի ԱԳ նախարարները դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի առթիվ նամակներ են փոխանակել

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ու Թուրքմենստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ռաշիդ Մերեդովը հոկտեմբերի 9-ին նամակներ են փոխանակել՝ Հայաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, արտգործնախարար Նալբանդյանն իր ուղերձում նշում է, որ անցած տարիները ցույց տվեցին ի սկզբանե երկու երկրների կողմից որդեգրած՝ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող բոլոր ուղղություններով երկկողմ միջպետական հարաբերությունների հետևողական զարգացման քաղաքականության արդյունավետությունը:
Նախարար Նալբանդյանը գոհունակությամբ նշում է, որ առկա հայ-թուրքմենական քաղաքական բարձր մակարդակի երկխոսությունը թույլ է տալիս երկկողմ օրակարգում գտնվող բոլոր հարցերը լուծել կառուցողական գործընկերության ոգով:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը համոզմունք է հայտնում, որ Հայաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների բազմաշերտ համագործակցությունն առավել կընդլայնվի՝ խթանելով տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային հարցերում փոխգործակցության խորացմանը և տնտեսական, մշակութային ու հումանիտար ոլորտներում հեռանկարային ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:
Թուրքմենստանի արտգործնախարարն իր ուղերձում գոհունակությամբ նշում է, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի համագործակցությունը հետևողականորեն զարգանում է՝ հիմնված լինելով փոխադարձ հարգանքի և իրավահավասարության վրա:
Ռաշիդ Մերեդովը արձանագրում է, որ վերջին շրջանում հայ-թուրքմենական քաղաքական երկխոսության մեջ նկատվում է նոր դինամիկա, ինչը վկայում է փոխադարձ հետաքրքրության աճի և երկկողմ գործընկերության երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարների մասին:
Ամփոփելով ուղերձը, արտգործնախարար Մերեդովը ընդգծում է, որ երկու երկրները ակտիվորեն աշխատում են համագործակցության տարբեր ոլորտներում երկկողմ կապերի արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ:
