36 մլն դրամ յուրացնելու մեջ մեղադրվող՝ Բյուրեղավանի գիշերօթիկ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենն ազատազրկվեց 6,5 տարով

Բյուրեղավանի գիշերօթիկ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրեն, շուրջ 36 մլն դրամ յուրացնելու մեջ մեղադրվող Գայանե Մարգարյանը դատապարտվեց 6,5 տարվա ազատազրկման: Օրերս նման դատավճիռ է կայացրել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը:
Գործով ամբաստանյալ Փառանձեմ Մարտիրոսյանը դատապարտվել է 5,5 տարվա ազատազրկման, իսկ Արաքս Հովսեփյանը՝ 5,5 տարվա պայմանական ազատազրկման: Նշենք, որ ամբաստանյալներից կալանքի տակ էր միայն Գայանե Մարգարյանը:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Գայանե Մարգարյանի պաշտպան Գագիկ Խաչիկյանը հայտնեց, որ համաձայն չեն դատավճռի հետ եւ բողոքարկելու են այն:
Դեռեւս հայտնի չէ, թե յուրացված 36 մլն դրամը ինչպես է փոխհատուցվելու: Գագիկ Խաչիկյանը նշեց, որ իրենք նախկինում 6 մլն դրամ փոխհատուցել էին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ դպրոցի արդեն նախկին տնօրեն Գայանե Մարգարյանը ուղիղ 10 տարի պարբերաբար, առանց աշխատանքի ընդունելու մտադրության` շահադիտական նպատակով, կազմել է հաստատությունում փաստացի աշխատանքի չհաճախող, իսկ 2007 թվականի սեպտեմբերից կազմակերպության կադրերի գծով տեսուչ Արաքս Հովսեփյանին է հանձնարարել կազմել հաստատությունում փաստացի աշխատանքի չհաճախող ընդհանուր 16 անձի հետ աշխատանքային կեղծ պայմանագրեր: Այնուհետեւ նա անձամբ հաստատել է կեղծ պայմանագրերը, հրամանագրել է հաստատությունում փաստացի աշխատանքի չհաճախող 16 անձ, որից հետո Արաքս Հովսեփյանի եւ Փառանձեմ Մարտիրոսյանի հետ աշխատավարձի հաշվարկի պաշտոնեական կեղծ փաստաթղթեր: Դպրոցի այս երեք աշխատակիցները ելքագրել են 36 մլն 370 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:
