Ադրբեջանն ուզում է ցույց տալ, որ չունի խաղաղ ճանապարհով խնդիրը կարգավորելու հստակ պատրաստակամություն. Կորյուն Նահապետյան

Ադրբեջանը  բարձր մակարդակով հանդիպումներից առաջ մշտապես լարում է իրավիճակը թե՛ հայ-ադրբեջանական, թե՛ արցախա-ադրբեջանական սահմանային հատվածում։  «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախաձեռնությամբ հոկտեմբերի 11-ին հրավիրված «Զինապարտության եւ զինվորական ծառայության մասին օրենսդրական նոր կարգավորումների վերաբերյալ» թեմայով խորհրդարանական լսումներից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերով մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կորյուն Նահապետյանը: Նրա համոզմամբ՝ զգոնությունը պետք է միշտ բարձր պահել:

«Զինված ուժերն իրենց մարտավարական կանխատեսումներն անելիս պետք է նկատի ունենան, որ երբ նման հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունենում, լարումը մեծանում է։ Ադրբեջանն ուզում է ցույց տալ մի պարզ բան, որ չունի հստակ պատրաստակամություն խաղաղ ճանապարհով խնդիրը կարգավորելու: Ռազմական ագրեսիան կամ առանձին նման գործողություններն Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականության մասն են կազմում»,-ասաց Կորյուն Նահապետյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում նման դեպքեր անընդմեջ արձանագրվում են։

Կորյուն Նահապետյանն ասաց, որ բոլոր առիթներով միջնորդների ուշադրությունը հրավիրում են այս խնդրի վրա։
«Միջնորդներից ակնկալում ենք հստակ, հասցեական արձագանք։ Թող նախատեսեն միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմներ, ինչի մասին պայմանավորվել ենք թե՛ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում, թե՛ Վիեննայում, և այդ բոլոր պայմանավորվածություններն արձանագրվել են։ Մենք ասել ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ չէ կատարելու այն պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել»,-ասաց ԱԺ պատգամավորը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ միջնորդների ջանքերով որոշակի տեղաշարժ կարող է արձանագրվել:
