Ժամանակակից սպառազինություն և տեխնիկա ձեռք բերելու նպատակով Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին տրամադրում է 100 մլն դոլարի նոր վարկ

Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին տրամադրում է 100 մլն դոլարի պետական արտահանման նոր վարկ՝ ժամանակակից սպառազինության և տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման, մատակարարումների ֆինանսավորման համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունների միջև ՀՀ-ին պետական արտահանման վարկ տրամադրելու համաձայնագրի կնքման առաջարկությանը համաձայնություն տալու մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 12-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
Ըստ համաձայնագրի՝ 100 մլն դոլարի չափով ներգրավվող պետական արտահանման վարկը կտրամադրվի 20 տարի ժամկետով, որից 5-ը՝ արտոնյալ, տարեկան 3 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով: Ընդ որում, ՀՀ կողմից նախատեսվում է համաֆինանսավորում համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում կնքվող պայմանագրերի արժեքի 10 տոկոսի չափով՝ ավանսային վճարումների տեսքով:
Համաձայնագրի դրույթների հիման վրա ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության և «Ռոսոբորոնէկսպորտ» ԲԲԸ միջև կստորագրվեն առանձին պայմանագրեր վերոնշյալ ժամանակակից սպառազինության և տեխնիկայի ՀՀ-ին տրամադրելու կարգի, ժամկետների, այդ ռազմական տեխնիկայի կիրառմանը վերաբերող տեղեկատվության տրամադրման պայմանների, կողմերի պարտավորությունների, դրա նորոգման և տեխնիկական սպասարկման պարտավորությունների, ձեռքբերման համար վճարումների և այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ:
Նախագծի հիմնավորման համաձայն համաձայնագրի կնքումը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ ռազմավարական շահերին և դրա իրագործումը կծառայի ՀՀ անվտանգության ամրապնդման նպատակներին:
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության հետ 2015թ. հունիսի 26-ին ստորագրվել էր սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու համար 200 մլն դոլարի վարկային համաձայնագիր, որն այժմ գործում է:
