Սոչիում մեկնարկել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստը

Աշխատանքային այցով Սոչիում գտնվող Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մասնակցում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին:
Նիստին մասնակցում են նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների՝ Բելառուսի Հանրապետության, Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահները, Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետը, ինչպես նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդի նիստի օրակարգում ներառված են տեղեկատվայնացման, մաքսային կարգավորման, մրցակցության, բնական մենաշնորհների և արդյունաբերության ոլորտներում համագործակցության, ինչպես նաև միջազգային գործունեության վերաբերյալ հարցեր:
Առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը մինչև 2025թ. Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության թվային օրակարգի իրականացման հիմնական ուղղությունների քննարկումն է: Նիստին կներկայացվեն 2018թ. ընթացքում Միության միջազգային գործունեության հիմնական ուղղությունները: Նախագահներին տեղեկատվություն կներկայացվի ԵԱՏՄ Մաքսային օրենսգրքի վավերացման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ, որն ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2018թ. հունվարի 1-ից:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստի անդամները կծանոթանան անդրսահմանային շուկաներում մրցակցության իրավիճակի և 2016թ. մրցակցության ընդհանուր կանոնների խախտման կանխարգելման նպատակով ձեռնարկված միջոցների վերաբերյալ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի զեկույցին: Քննարկման կներկայացվի նաև «ճանապարհային քարտեզի» մշակման մասին Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի հանձնարարականը՝ ուղղված բնական մենաշնորհների սուբյեկտների գործունեության կարգավորման ոլորտում անդամ պետությունների օրենսդրությունների ներդաշնակեցմանը:
Օրակարգի մյուս հարցը Երկրի հեռակա զոնդավորման տվյալների ազգային աղբյուրների հիման վրա տիեզերական և գեոտեղեկատվական ծառայությունների մատուցման ոլորտում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների համագործակցությունն է: Նախատեսվում է, որ պետությունների ղեկավարները նիստում կհաստատեն ԵԱՏՄ Դատարանի նախագահին և նրա տեղակալին: Գագաթնաժողովի առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը վերաբերում է Միության մարմիններում՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդում, Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդում և Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդում նախագահությանը:
