Եվրոպան այլևս կույր չի ձևանում. երկու բանաձև՝ ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի
POLITICSPast.am-ը տեղեկացնում է. Երեկ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի աշնանային նստաշրջանի լիագումար նիստում ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի երկու զեկույց է ընդունվել:
114 կողմ և 24 դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ ընդունվել է «Ադրբեջանի նախագահություն. ինչ հետևանքներ կան» զեկույցը, իսկ 117 կողմ 18 դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ՝ «Ադրբեջանում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների գործունեությունը» զեկույցը:
ԵԽԽՎ–ն մտահոգություն է հայտնել այն փաստի կապակցությամբ, որ Ադրբեջանում կաշկանդում են խոսքի ազատությունը՝ քրեական իրավունքի կամայական կիրառմամբ, և կոչ է արել անհապաղ ապահովել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի որոշումների լիարժեք իրականացումը, ազատ արձակել քաղբանտարկյալներին և ստեղծել պայմաններ, որոնք թույլ կտան լրագրողներին իրենց աշխատանքը կատարել ազատ և անկաշկանդ:
Վեհաժողովը նաև շեշտել է Ադրբեջանի իրավական դաշտում անհապաղ փոփոխություններ կատարելու անհրաժեշտությունը, որպեսզի այն լիարժեք համապատասխանի Եվրոպայի խորհրդի չափանիշներին:
Հիշեցնենք, որնպատակունենալովվերականգնելիրաշխատանքինկատմամբհանրայինվստահությունը, կապվածտարածվածկոռուպցիոնմեղադրանքներիհետ, վեհաժողովըօրերսմիաձայնընդունելէրԵԽԽՎխստացվածՎարքագծիկանոնակարգ, հաստատելովԻանԼիդել–Գրենջերիզեկույցը։
Իսկ կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի մեջ ԵԽԽՎ–ն հայտնվել էր Ադրբեջանի պատճառով, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ԵԽԽՎ նախկին անդամ, իտալացի պատգամավոր Լուկա Վոլոնտեն ի նպաստ Ադրբեջանի գործելու համար 2,4 մլն եվրո է ստացել: Վոլոնտեի գործին հաջորդեցին մի շարք այլ բացահայտումներ «Ադրբեջանական լվացքատնից», որով պարզ դարձավ. Ադրբեջանը կաշառել էր եվրոպացի քաղաքական գործիչներին։
Երեկվանից Ադրբեջանում հիստերիայի հերթական ալիքն է բարձրացել, թե Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յագլանդի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ արշավ է ընթանում ընդդեմ «Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի անդամ» Ադրբեջանի:
