SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ը տեղեկություն էր հրապարակել այն մասին, որ հոկտեմբերի 7-ին, Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի (6-րդ) գլխավոր վարչության, Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելիս Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Երևան քաղաքի Սայաթ-Նովա պողոտայի 12 շենքի բնակիչ, նախկինում դատապարտված 24-ամյա Սերժ Արայի Վարդանյանին։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս կասկածվում է սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, գիշերը ժամը 03։00-ի սահմաններում Հրաչյա Քոչարի փողոցի 44/2 շենքի դիմաց Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 38-ամյա Կ. Գ.-ի պարանոցից ոսկյա շղթան պոկելու եղանակով բացահայտ հափշտակելու մեջ։
Ս. Վարդանյանը ոսկյա շղթան հափշտակելուց հետո դիմել էր փախուստի՝ ՝ տուժածին պատճառելով 200 հազար դրամի վնաս, իսկ տուժած Կ. Գ.-ն եղել է իր Opel Astra մակնիշի կայանված վիճակում գտնվող ավտոմեքենայում ։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ս. Վարդանյանը հանրությանն հայտնի «Ճվճըվ Արոյի» որդին է, ով բազմաթիվ անգամ հայտնվել է իրավապահների տեսադաշտում և հայտնի է իր լկտի պահվածքով։ Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գոծ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 176 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։
Կողոպուտ կատարելու կասկածանքով Ոստիկանություն բերման ենթարկված «Ճվճըվ Արոյի» որդին է՝ 24-ամյա Սերժ Վարդանյանը Ծանուցում.
