Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը մանրամասնել է ԵԽԽՎ-ում ԵԺԿ խմբի ղեկավարի հրաժարականի պատճառը

Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության (ԵԺԿ) խմբի ղեկավար Աքսել Ֆիշերի հրաժարականը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ խմբում նրա առաջարկը սատարում չի ստացել: «Արմենպրես»-ին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ, ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը մանրամասնեց, թե ինչ է կատարվել հոկտեմբերի 11-ի ԵԺԿ խմբի նիստում, որն էլ հանգեցրել է Ֆիշերի հրաժարականին: «Երեկ առավոտյան քվեարկության էր դրվել մի շատ հետաքրքիր ձևակերպմամբ հարցադրում: Մասնավորապես, որ քաղաքական մյուս խմբերը, քվեարկելով Ստելլա Կիրյակիդիսի օգտին, խախտել են Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում գոյություն ունեցող այն պայմանավորվածությունը, որի համաձայն՝ խմբերը միմյանց թեկնածուների օգտին են քվեարկում: Ըստ էության, դրա շնորհիվ է ընտրված նախագահ դառնում այն թեկնածուն, ում առաջադրում է այս կամ այն խումբը: Նպատակը մեկն էր, որպեսզի հունվարին ԵԺԿ խումբը թեկնածու առաջադրի` չնայած նրան, որ լինելու է սոցիալիստների խմբի հերթը»,-ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
ԵԺԿ խմբի մի խումբ լոբբիստական ուղղություններ` խմբի ղեկավար Աքսել Ֆիշերի գլխավորությամբ, համարել են, որ Ստելլա Կիրյակիդիսը ԵԺԿ խմբի թեկնածուն չէ, քանի որ ԵԺԿ խմբում քվեարկության արդյունքում նրանից 5 քվե ավելի էր ստացել Էմանուելիս Զինգերիսը: Ընթացակարգի համաձայն` Կիրյակիդիսը իրավունք ուներ չհանելու իր թեկնածությունը, ինչը և նա արել է ու դարձել ԵԽԽՎ նախագահ: Դրա համար էլ խումբը թեժ քննարկում էր սկսել, թե պայմանավորվածություն է խախտվել ու հարցը դրվել է քվեարկության: «Շատ թեժ քննարկումներ եղան, որի ժամանակ քվեարկություն եղավ ու 26/ 24 հարաբերակցությամբ որոշվեց, որ կանոններ չեն խախտվել: Աքսել Ֆիշերը ցանկանում էր, որ մենք արձանագրեինք, որ տեղի է ունեցել խախտում, ու այդ դեպքում նա կառաջադրեր իր թեկնածությունը ԵԺԿ խմբից հունվարին: Բայց քանի որ իր առաջարկը չանցավ, ստեղծվեց իրավիճակ, երբ ինքը որոշեց, որ պետք է հրաժարական տա»,-եզրափակեց Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին 132 քվեով ԵԽԽՎ նախագահ է ընտրվել Ստելլա Կիրյակիդիսը` չնայած բոլոր աննախադեպ ճնշումներին, որ առկա են եղել ԵԺԿ խմբի ղեկավարության ու բավական թվով անդամների կողմից: Նրա մրցակից Էմանուելիս Զինգերիսը ստացել է 84 քվե:
