Համայնքները ցանկացած նախագիծ հաստատելիս պետք է ֆիքսեն կտուրների գույները և ֆասադների ոճային լուծումները

: Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը տանիքների գունային լուծումների վերաբերյալ վարչապետի կողմից տրված հանձնարականի շրջանակում որոշման նախագիծ ներկայացրեց: Նա նշեց, որ փոքր-ինչ ավելի ընդլայնված են մոտեցել այս հարցին և ոչ միայն կտուրների գունային լուծումների վերաբերյալ, այլ առհասարակ միջավայրից թելադրվող՝ ճակատների, ֆասադների ոճային, դեկորային լուծումների վերաբերյալ առաջարկ են ներկայացրել:
«Այս քայլից հետո տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները կտան իրենց առաջարկները: Մինչև տարվա վերջ քաղաքաշինական հատուկ կարգավորման բոլոր տարածքներում, հայտնի քաղաքներում և մայրուղային հարակից գյուղերում մենք կհաստատենք երաշխավորված գունային լուծումների ռեեստրը, տարբերակները: Այժմ մի փոքր զգույշ ենք գույները ֆիքսելուց, դա կանենք մոտակա երկու ամսվա ընթացքում, որովհետև ցանկանում ենք ուսումնասիրել շուկան, որպեսզի հանկարծ տնտեսվարողների արտադրանքի գույների հետ կապված թելադրող իրավիճակում չհայտնվենք, բայց մինչև տարեվերջ մենք այս խնդիրը կլուծենք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց նա:
Այսպիսով, Նարեկ Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ համայնքները ցանկացած նախագիծ հաստատելիս պետք է պարտադիր ֆիքսեն միջավայրից թելադրվող կտուրների գույները և ֆասադների ոճային լուծումները:
Նախագծի վերաբերյալ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց. «Պարոն Սարգսյան, մենք այդ խաղի կանոնները ձևակերպելու ժամանակ հաշվի ենք առնում, չէ՞, որ մենք ներդրողին, շինարարին չսահմանափակենք, հստակ ձևակերպենք, որ տեղերում վարչարարության ավել առիթ չտանք»,- ասաց նա, իսկ նախարարը պատասխանեց՝ միանշանակ:
Վարչապետը կոչ արեց դրան հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել, որպեսզի ինքնարժեքի թանկացման չբերի, ազատության աստիճանը չսահմանափակի:
