ԵՄ-ի գագաթնաժողովը Բալկաններով միգրացիոն հոսքերի դեմ պայքարի ծրագիր է ընդունել

Եվրամիության ղեկավարները Բրյուսելում կայացած արտահերթ գագաթնաժողովում պայմանավորվել են փախստականների ընդունման կենտրոններում լրացուցիչ 100 հազար տեղ ստեղծելու շուրջ, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:
Ինչպես ասված է Բալկաններում միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի վերաբերյալ ԵՄ-ի գագաթնաժողովի ամփոփիչ հայտարարության մեջ, դրա համար միջոցներ են խոստանում տրամադրել Եվրոպայի ներդրումային բանկը, Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը եւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի զարգացման բանկը:
Նոր պայմանագրին համապատասխան՝ մինչեւ տարեվերջ Հունաստանում պետք է լրացուցիչ բացվեն կենտրոններ, որոնք կկարողանան տեղավորել մինչեւ 30 հազար մարդ: Եվս 20 հազար տեղ պարտավորվել է ապահովել ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների գործերի կոմիտեն:
ՄԱԿ-ը նաեւ պատասխանատու կլինի բալկանյան երկրներում 50 հազար մարդու համար նախատեսված կենտրոնների ստեղծման համար, որոնք գլխավոր նապատակակետ են դարձել Գերմանիա եւ սկանդինավյան երկրներ մեկնել ցանկացող միգրանտների համար:
Բրյուսելի գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում եվրոպական տասը երկրների ղեկավարները՝ Ալբանիայից, Սերբիայից եւ Մակեդոնիայից իրենց գործընկերների հետ միասին, որոշել են նաեւ շաբաթվա ընթացքում 400 ոստիկան ուղարկել Սլովենիա՝ ապահովելու միգրացիոն հոսքերի վերահսկողությունը եւ սահմանների պահպանությունը, դադարեցնել «առանց նախնական իրազեկման» միգրանտներին հարեւան երկրների սահմաններ ուղարկելու պրակտիկան, նշանակել պատասխանատուների, որոնք մյուս երկրների ղեկավարությանը տեղեկատվություն կհաղորդեն միգրանտների թվաքանակի վերաբեյալ:
Ինչպես խոստացել է Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը, ԵՄ-ի երկրներն ամեն օր տեղեկատվություն կփոխանակեն միգրացիոն խնդրի շուրջ: Ընդամենը բոլոր երկրների կողմից համաձայնեցված ծրագիրը ճգնաժամի դեմ պայքարի 17 միջոցառում է նախատեսում:
