Քաղաքաշինության պետկոմիտեի նախագահը կանխատեսում է ճարտարապետների համար բեկումնային տարի

Ալեքսանդր Թամանյանի անվան Ճարտարապետության ազգային թանգարան-ինստիտուտի «Թամանյան» սրահում հոկտեմբերի 12-ին նշվել է Ճարտարապետության միջազգային օրը։ Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, Ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը, ճարտարապետներ, ճարտարապետական արվեստանոցների ներկայացուցիչներ, այլք:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից, Ճարտարապետության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ բնագավառում ներդրած ավանդի և ձեռք բերած վաստակի համար ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի որոշումով ոլորտի մի խումբ ներկայացուցիչներ պարգևատրվել են ՀՀ վարչապետի հուշամեդալով և շնորհակալագրերով: Տոնի առթիվ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հրամանով ևս պարգևներ են հանձնվել ճարտարապետներին:
ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտե նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի հրամանով Ճարտարապետության միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ և ճարտարապետության բնագավառում ներդրած ավանդի համար «Տրդատ ճարտարապետ», «Մոմիկ ճարտարապետ», «Քաղաքաշինության բնագավառում նշանակալի ավանդի համար» ոսկե մեդալներ և Կոմիտեի նախագահի շնորհակալագրեր են հանձնվել ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներին:
Կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, շնորհավորելով ներկաներին, մաղթել է բեղմնավոր աշխատանք: Նա նշել է, որ բոլոր հիմքերը և նախադրյալները կան ենթադրելու, որ 2018 թվականը ճարտարապետների համար կլինի բեկումնային տարի:
«Ե´վ կառավարության կողմից այս տարի մշակված մեր ծրագրերը, և´ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից կառուցապատման տարածքներում ընթացող գործընթացները թույլ են տալիս վստահաբար ասելու, որ 2018 թվականին բոլորիս սպասվում է մասնագիտական առումով ծանրաբեռնված տարի»:
Նա անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի Ճարտարապետների միության հետ համատեղ ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մշակած «Ճարտարապետական գործունեության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքին, նշելով, որ այն արդեն եզրագծին է մոտենում: «Օրենքի ընդունումը Ազգային Ժողովի կողմից հիմնարար քայլ է և լուրջ բազա է ստեղծելու, որ մեր մասնագիտությունը և ճարտարապետները լինեն արժանիորեն գնահատված, որ մեր միջավայրը լինի պաշտպանված, գեղագիտական չափանիշներին բավարարող»:
Ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը նույնպես շնորհավորելով ներկաներին և պարգևատրվողներին՝ մաղթել է ակտիվ և ծանրաբեռնված աշխատանք, մտահղացումների իրականացում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ճարտարապետների միջազգային միության կողմից սահմանված Ճարտարապետի միջազգային օրը նշվում է 1985 թվականից»:
