Ռուսական զենքը ռուսական զենքի դեմ
POLITICSԵրեկ կառավարությունը հավանության արժանացրեց Ռուսաստանի հետ համաձայնագրի կնքումը, ըստ որի Ռուսաստանը պետական արտահանման վարկ կտրամադրի հայկական կողմին: Ռուսական կողմը մինչև 100 մլն դոլար գումարի չափով պետական արտահանման վարկ կտրամադրի ռուսական արտադրության ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի մատակարարումների ֆինանսավորման համար:
Հայկական կողմը վարկն օգտագործելու է 2018–2022 թթ. ընթացքում, իսկ վարկի փաստացի օգտագործված գումարը մարվելու է 15 տարվա ընթացքում՝ 2023–2037 թթ.–ին, տարեկան տոկոսադրույքն էլ կկազմի 3%:
Պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ նման համաձայնագրերը Հայաստանի համար շատ կարևոր են ու դիտվում են որպես նորմալ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ: Դիտարկմանը, թե տարածաշրջանի զարգացումների վրա դա ինչ–որ ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ, դրականորեն արձագանքեց՝ հավելելով միաժամանակ, որ մեզ համար առաջնահերթ պիտի լինեն մեր անվտանգության խնդիրներն ու հատկապես անվտանգության բարելավումը:
Հարցին, թե տարածաշրջանում պատերազմական իրավիճակ ստեղծվելու դեպքում ռուսական զենքը աշխատելու է ռուսական զենքի դեմ և որքանո՞վ է Ռուսաստանին ձեռնտու նման կոնտեքստում համագործակցությունը և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ, պատասխանեց. «Ցավոք, աշխարհում զենքի արտադրությամբ զբաղվում են սահմանափակ քանակությամբ պետություններ: Եվ շատ ու շատ դեպքերում ռուսական զենքը կռվում է ռուսական զենքի դեմ, ամերիկյանը՝ ամերիկյանի կամ ֆրանսիականը՝ ֆրանսիականի դեմ և՛ մի պետությունում, և՛ շատ ու շատ այլ տարածքներում: Պարտադիր չէ, որ ինչ–որ մի տարածաշրջանում ռուսական զենքը չինական կամ ֆրանսիական զենքի դեմ աշխատի: Սա նորմալ երևույթ է, բայց բնականոն չէ»:
