ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ուժերը մասնակցում են ՀԱՊԿ «Փոխգործակցություն-2017» զորավարժությանը

ՀՀ ՊՆ «Բաղրամյան» զորավարժարանում հոկտեմբերի 13-ին անցկացվեց ՀԱՊԿ Օպերատիվ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի համակազմերի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ և ՌԴ զինված ուժերի միացյալ խմբավորման ստորաբաժանումների «Փոխգործակցություն-2017» համատեղ զորավարժությունը, որին ներկա էր նաև ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ից, հոկտեմբերի 9-ին մեկնարկած «Հավաքական անվտանգության Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում ռազմական հակամարտության տեղայնացման համատեղ օպերացիայի նախապատրաստումը և անցկացումը» թեմայով զորավարժությանը մասնակցում էին նաև ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ուժերը: 

Նպատակն էր արտակարգ իրավիճակներում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ և հատուկ ուժերի ստորաբաժանումների փոխգործակցության արդյունավետության բարձրացումը, ինչպես նաև վթարավերականգնողական, առաջին բուժօգնության և արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման  կարողությունների կատարելագործումը: 

Սցենարի համաձայն՝ դիվերսիոն և ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հետևանքով հրդեհ էր բռնկվել քիմիական վտանգավոր օբյեկտներից մեկում, կար քիմիական վտանգավոր նյութերի արտանետման վտանգ: Ահազանգ ստանալուց հետո դեպքի վայր են մեկնում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ճառագայթային-քիմիական հետախուզական և փրկարարական խմբերը: Իրականացվում է օդի մոնիթորինգ և նախանշվում օդի քիմիական աղտոտվածության աստիճանը: Փրկարարական ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ստեղծված ջրային «վարագույրը» կանխում է վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութերի տարածումը: 

Զորավարժության մեկ այլ սցենարի համաձայն՝ դիվերսիոն և ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հետևանքով ավերվել է շենքի սանդուղքը, կային պայմանական տուժածներ, որոնցից երկուսն արգելափակվել էին  շենքի վերին հարկում: Դեպքի վայր են մեկնում որոնողափրկարարական և աղետների բժշկության արագ արձագանքման խմբերը: Տուժածներին տեղում ցուցաբերվում է առաջին օգնություն և կազմակերպվում շինությունից նրանց դուրսբերումը: 

Միջոցառման ավարտին՝ հանդիսավոր երթից հետո, հուշամեդալներ, պատվոգրեր ու նվերներ հանձնվեցին վարժանքի մի շարք մասնակիցների: ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դ.Տոնոյանի հրամանով պատվոգրեր հանձնվեցին ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամասերի մի շարք հրամանատարների: «Համագործակցություն հանուն փրկության» մեդալով պարգևատրվեց Բելառուսի ԱԻՆ արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման և արձագանքման հանրապետական կենտրոնի պետի առաջին տեղակալ, ն/ծ գնդապետ Վալերի Կոնովալչիկը, իսկ «Կանխարգելում, օգնություն, փրկություն» մեդալով՝ Բելառուսի ԱԻՆ վթարափրկարարական ծառայության և ԱԻ վերացման վարչության ու Ղրղստանի ԱԻՆ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության զորքերի և ուժերի պատրաստության բաժնի երկու աշխատակից: ՀՀ ԱԻՆ հուշամեդալ հանձնվեց ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամասերից մեկի հետախույզ-ռադիոհեռախոսավարին, իսկ մեկ այլ զորամասի տեղագրական համակարգի օպերատորը պարգևատրվեց հուշանվերով:
