Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ԵԽԽՎ-ին կոչ է արել ուսումնասիրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից ահաբեկիչներին զենք մատակարարելու հետաքննությունը

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հայաստանյան պատվիրակության անդամ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը վեհաժողովին կոչ է արել լուրջ ուսումնասիրել բուլղարական «Տրուդ» թերթի հետաքննությունը, ըստ որի՝ պաշտոնական Բաքուն, օգտագործելով դիվանագիտական չվերթները, ավելի քան 3 տարի Արևելյան Եվրոպայի երկրներից զենք է մատակարարում ողջ աշխարհի հակամարտության գոտիներ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ելույթ է ունեցել, որում պատասխանել է ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարություններին:
Զոհրաբյանն ընդգծել է՝ ինչպես գողը առաջինն է գոռում բռնեք գողին, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակները իրենց երկրի կատարած ռազմական հանցագործությունները փորձում են ծածկել՝ ամբիոնից լկտի սուտ տարածելով։ Հարգելի գործընկերներ, երեկ, երբ մենք քննարկում էինք Իսլամական ահաբեկչական պետության կատարած հանցագործությունները, որոնք մեկ բնորոշում ունեն՝ ցեղասպանություն, ինձ թույլ չտվեցին ելույթ ունենալ և խոսել այն սարսափների մասին, որոնց ենթարկվում են եզդիները, քրիստոնյաներն ու ոչ սունի մահմեդականները։ Սակայն ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ ահաբեկչությունից խոսում է մի երկրի՝ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակը, որի երկիրը վաղուց արդեն գործում է իսլամական ահաբեկչական պետության նույն ձեռագրով, և որի բանակը համալրված է վարձկան-մարդասպաններով։ Եվ ըստ միջազգային հեղինակավոր լրատվամիջոցների, ադրբեջանական վարձկանների թվում նաեւ ԴԱԻՇ-ի մարդասպաններ կան, որոնք սովոր են գլխատել, մորթել և անարգել զինվորներին ու քաղաքացիական անձանց. ապրիլյան պատերազմը դրա վկայությունն էր»,- ասել է Զոհրաբյանը։
Զոհրաբյանը Վեհաժողովին կոչ է արել ուսումնասիրել բուլղարական «Տրուդ» թերթի հետաքննությունը, ըստ որի՝ պաշտոնական Բաքուն, օգտագործելով դիվանագիտական չվերթները, ավելի քան 3 տարի Արևելյան Եվրոպայի երկրներից զենք է մատակարարում ողջ աշխարհի հակամարտության գոտիներ։ «Ըստ անցկացված հետաքննության՝ Ադրբեջանի պետական Silk Way Airlines ավիաընկերությունը, դիվանագիտական չվերթների քողի տակ իրականացրել է առնվազն 350 թռիչք և յուրաքանչյուր չվերթի ժամանակ ահաբեկիչներին է մատակարարել մի քանի տասնյակ տոննա ծանր զենք և զինամթերք։ Նման դիվանագիտական չվերթները չեն ենթարկվում ստուգումների և միջազգային կանոնակարգման, և այդ չվերթներով զենք է մատակարարվել Սիրիա, Իրաք, Աֆղանստան, Պակիստան, Կոնգո»,- մանրամասնել է Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը։
Նա հավելել է, որ իրավունք չունեն անտեսելու լրջագույն այս փաստերը, որքան էլ ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության անդամները փորձեն ցանկացած ամբիոն ապականել ստով և ապատեղեկատվությամբ։
