Վարկեր` կարագի գրավադրմամբ

Ապրիլի երկուսի ընտրությունների արդյունքները հիմա ենք զգում։ Երբ ժամանակին զգուշացնում էինք թանկացումների մասին, մարդիկ պարզապես ծիծաղում էին ու լուրջ չէին ընդունում։ Սակայն Հայաստանում, հետընտրական թանկացումները դարձել են օրինաչափություն։ Մարդիկ ընդամենը կույր պետք է լինեն չնկատելու համար այդ օրինչափությունը։
Բոլոր գներն աճելու են, ու սա դառնում է ակնհայտ։ Սակայն մեկնաբանություններն են աբսուրդ։ Երբ համաշխարհային շուկայում նավթի գներն իջել էին իրենց կրիտիկական նվազագույնին, Հայաստանում բենզինի ու նավթամթերքի գները չնվազեցին՝ հակառակը, դրանք հիմա աճում են։ Իսկ հետընտրական թանկացումները հատկապես կապված են այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ ընտրություններին իշխանությունը և դրան սպասարկող օլիգարխները շատ փող են ծախսել։ Ինչ–որ կերպ պետք է վերադարձնեն ու վերադարձնելու են, հավատացած եղեք։ 10000 դրամ կաշառք վերցնողներն այն փոխհատուցելու են տասնապատիկ։ Սակայն վատն այն է, որ տուժելու են նաև չվերցնողները։
Կա նման մի պարապ կառույց, որը կոչվում է Հանրային խորհուրդ։ Երբեմն–երբեմն, երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ցանկանում է ինչ–որ բան հասկացնել հանրությանը, այդ խորհուրդը նիստ է գումարում, իսկ Վազգեն Մանուկյանն էլ իր վաղուց ժամկետանց մտքերն է արտահայտում։
Այս հարցի հետ կապված այդ նույն խորհուրդը քննարկում է գումարել։ Ներկաները խորիմաստաբար բարբառել են, որ թանկացումները շարունակվելու են։ Որպես այդ թանկացումների հիմք` նրանք հղում են արել եվրոպական շուկայի թանկացումներին։ Այս խելոքներին պետք է ընդամենը հուշել, որ մենք ԵԱՏՄ անդամ ենք, և ոչ եվրոպական տնտեսական գոտու։ Իսկ ԵԱՏՄ մտնելու առաջին փաստարկներից մեկն այն է, որ Հայաստանի զգայուն տնտեսությունը ցնցումների չի ենթարկվի։
Սակայն սա հարցի մի կողմն է։ Այս աբսուրդի թատրոնում նույնիսկ դերասանները հիմար մտքեր են արտահայտել այն մասին, որ պետք է Հայաստանում կարագի արտադրության նկատմամբ ռազմավարական նոր մոտեցում որդեգրել։ Ուշացել եք, ընկերներ։ Դա տնտեսության սովորական ճյուղ է։ Ի՞նչ ռազմավարություն։ Բառ եք օգտագործում, որի իմաստն անգամ չեք հասկանում։ Հայաստանից փոքր Իսրայելը, որն անգամ նորմալ սևահող չունի, գազար է արտահանում Ռուսաստան, իսկ դուք դեռ ռազմավարական մոտեցում եք մշակում։
