Զբոսաշրջության արբանյակային հաշվի գործարկմանը կնախորդի տեղեկատվության հավաքագրման հարթակի ստեղծումը

Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջության մարքեթինգային քաղաքականությունը ճիշտ իրականացնելու համար մասնագետներն աշխատում են անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվության հավաքագրման ծրագրային ապահովման վրա: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Խաչատուրյանը մանրամասնեց, թե Զբոսաշրջության արբանյակային հաշվի ստեղծման շուրջ ինչ աշխատանքներ են կատարվում և որքան այն կարժենա: «Զբոսաշրջության արբանյակային հաշիվը որպես տեխնոլոգիա այնքան էլ թանկ չէ, 700 հազարից մեկ միլիոն դոլարի մասին է խոսքը: Բայց խնդիրը ինֆորմացիայի հավաքագրումն է, որը հետո պետք է մուտքագրել ծրագրի մեջ: Դրա համար դու պետք է հարցումներ անցկացնես: Երկրներ կան, որ երկու տարի անում են այդ հարցումները»,-ասաց Խաչատուրյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ներկայում էլ սահմանային անցման կետերում տրվում են հարցեր զբոսաշրջիկներին, բայց ի լրումն դրանց կտրվեն տեղեկատվությունն ավելի բացահայտող հարցեր: Բայց դա կանի ոչ թե որևէ անձ, այլ կստեղծվի տեղեկատվության հավաքագրման հարթակ:
«Այս պահին աշխատում ենք Հայաստան այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների հետ հարցումների մեթոդաբանության մշակման և դրա ծրագրային ապահովման ստեղծման շուրջ: Դրանից հետո կկատարվի ինֆորմացիայի հավաքագրումը, գործի կդնենք արբանյակային հաշիվը, ինֆորմացիան կամփոփվի ու կփոխանցվի համապատասխան մարմիններին: Սա երկարաժամկետ պրոդուկտներից է, որ ինչքան էլ արագ անենք, մոտ երկու տարի պետք է լինելու, որ մեր ցանկալի արդյունքը ստանանք»,-ավելացրեց ՌՆԿ տնօրենը:
Աշխատանք է տարվում պետական մարմինների հետ` հասկանալու, թե ով պետք է զբաղվի տեղեկատվության հավաքագրմամբ: Մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է զբոսաշրջիկներից պարզել, թե Հայաստանում գտնվելու ընթացքում ուր են գնացել, որքան գումար են ծախսել, բնակվել են տանը, թե հյուրանոցում, որքանով են բավարարված այս կամ այն ծառայությունների որակով, ինչպես կգնահատեն ենթակառուցվածքների աշխատանքը, ինչ բողոքներ ունեն և այլն:
Հետագայում այս ողջ տեղեկատվությունը կօգտագործվի թիրախավորված քայլեր իրականացնելու և զբոսաշրջային ծառայությունների որակը բարձրացնելու համար:
