Ադրբեջանը հայերին կխանգարի՞ Վրաստանում

 

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւը մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանի կողմից Բաքու-Ախալքալաք-Կարս երկաթուղու օգտագործման հավանականությունը, որի բացումը կայանալու է հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Բաքվում:

 

Ինչպես հայտնի է, բացմանը մասնակցելու է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը, եւ Ադրբեջանը, որն ամենաշատ ներդրումն է արել նախագծում, բացումը ներկայացնում է որպես իր դիվանագիտական հաղթանակ:

 

Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը կարող է օգտվել երկաթուղուց եւ այլ տարածաշրջանային նախագծերից, եթե «զորքերը դուրս բերի օկուպացված տարածքներից»: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան չէին թաքցնում, որ երկաթուղին կառուցում են Հայաստանը շրջանցելու համար:

 

Հաջիեւին հարցը տվել են այն բանից հետո, երբ Lragir.am-ը փորձել է պարզել, թե արդյոք Վրաստանը մեխանիզմներ ունի, որոնք կարգելեն հայկական բեռները տեղափոխել Ախալքալաք-Կարս ճանապարհով: Վրացի պաշտոնյաները հերքել են, որ այդպիսի մեխանիզմներ կան:

 

Հայկական երկաթուղիները մուտք ունեն վրացական ցանց, Ախալքալաք-Կարս ճանապարհն իր չափանիշներով չի տարբերվում վրացական մյուս ճյուղերից, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ Վրաստանը ստիպված է լինելու քաղաքական որոշում կայացնել, որ արգելի օգտվել Ախալքալաք-Կարս ճանապարհից:

 

Բաքուն փորձում է հերթական անգամ փաստի առաջ կանգնեցնել Վրաստանի ղեկավարությանը, որը Եվրամիության հետ ասոցացման համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել, որը տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների բաց լինելու մասին կետ է պարունակում:

 

Բաքուն վերջերս փաստի առաջ էր կանգնեցրել Թբիլիսին՝ Վրաստանի մայրաքաղաքում ձերբակալելով ադրբեջանցի ընդդիմադիր լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլիին: Թբիլիսին մինչեւ հիմա չի բացատրել արդյոք դա կատարվել է Վրաստանի ուժային կառույցների համաձայնությամբ, թե ադրբեջանական ուժերը կարող են անարգել մարդու առեւանգել Թբիլիսիի կենտրոնում եւ անցկացնել սահմանով:

 

Բաքուն կրկին անհարմար դրության մեջ է դնում Թբիլիսիին: Վրաստանը կհամաձայնվի՞, որ Ախալաքալաք-Կարս ճանապարհից օգտվելու համար Հայաստանը պետք է «դուրս բերի զորքերը»:

 

Անցած ամիս Վրաստանը պատվով դուրս եկավ նման իրավիճակից, երբ Վրաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումից հետո Անկարան հայտարարեց, որ ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում երեք երկրները տարածքային ամբողջականության վերաբերյալ միասնական դիրքորոշում կհայտնեն: Վրաստանը, սակայն, առանձին հայտարարություն արեց Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում՝ միայն իր հակամարտությունների մասով, չանդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը:

 

Դա տեղի ունեցավ այն բանից հետո, երբ Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը Երեւան եկավ եւ Հայաստանի ղեկավարության հետ փոխշահավետ զրույց ունեցավ: Այդ այցից հետո Հայաստանում Վրաստանի դեսպանն ասուլիս հրավիրեց՝ ներկայացնելով Աբխազիայում եւ Հարավային Օսիայում ռուսական օկուպացիայի հետեւանքները: Հայաստան եկավ Վրաստանի մշակույթի նախարարը եւ այցելեց եկեղեցիները, որոնք վրացական են համարում եւ հայտարարեց դրանք վերականգնելու մտադրության մասին:

 

Մինչեւ հիմա հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունները հաջողվում էր կարգավորել փոխադարձի հարգանքի վրա եւ զերծ պահել սադրանքների ազդեցությունից: Հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Բաքվում Վրաստանը փաստացի եւս մեկ թեստ պետք է անցնի:
