Եվրոպայի սիմվոլիկ պատուհանը
ANALYSIS
Համացանցում է հայտնվել Եվրոմիության հետ մոտ ժամանակներս ստորագրվելիք շրջանակային համաձայնագրի բավականին ծավալուն, անգլալեզու տեսքտը: Հանգստյան օրերին այդ տեքստն ակտիվորեն քննարկվում էր մամուլում և հեռուստատեսությամբ: Ժամանակն, անշուշտ, քիչ է, որպեսզի տեքստն ամբողջովին վերլուծվեր ու մատուցվեր մանրամասնությամբ: Բայց նախնական արձագանքներն այնպիսին են, որ որևէ էական բան բացի վիզաների ազատականացման հնարավորությունից չկա:
Մեծ հաշվով, աղոտ է նաև հենց այս,քիչ թե շտ ռեալ օգտակար գործողության գործակից ունեցող գործոնի հարցը, քանի որ խոսքը դեռևս միայն հնարավորության մասին է, իսկ իրագործման մեխանիզմներին հարցը դեռ չի հասել:
Առավելապես կենացաշար հիշեցնող այս տեքստը, սակայն, իր տեսական բնույթով ոչ թե վնասում է հայ-եվրոպական հարաբերություններին, այլ դրանք բերում առավել իրատեսական դաշտ: Այդ հարաբերություններն այսօր առավելապես սիմվոլիկ տիրույթում են, դրանց իմաստը ինքնանպատակ է: Հայաստանն իր համար արտաքին քաղաքական բալանս է ստեղծում և ամրապնդում, բաց պահում եվրոպական հարթակը: Եվրոպան էլ փորձում է բաց պատուհանի սկզբունքը պահել ու չնայած ասոցացման համաձայնագրի տապալմանը երես չի թեքում Հայաստանից:
Մեծ հաշվով սա ավելի շատ փոխվստահության հուշագիր է, քան ռեալ տնտեսական ու քաղաքական համագործակցության մանրամասներ պարունակող փաստաթուղթ:
