Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները նպատակ ունեն կրճատել լարվածությունը տարածաշրջանում

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան կատարած այցի առաջին նպատակը լարվածության կրճատումն է: Երևանում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը: «Բանակցությունների բացակայությունը չէ, որ հանգեցնում է լարվածության սÖ �ացման: Ժամանակն է անցնել ավելի համակարգած բանակցությունների: Կարևոր է, որ նախագահները հանդիպեն քննարկելու հակամարտության կարգավորման ամենաբարդ հարցերը: Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ լինեն այնպիսի բանակցություններ, որ կբերեն համընդգրկուն լուծման, բոլոր սկզբունքները պետք է ընդունվեն որպես հիմք»,- ասաց նա:
Ամերիկացի դիվանագետի խոսքով` իրենք մտադիր են հորդորել պաշտոնական Բաքվին և Երևանին հարգելու զինանդադարը և մեղմելու լարվածությանը: «Միայն լարվածության կրճատմամբ մենք` միջնորդներս, կարող ենք հաջող ավարտի հասնել այս հակամարտությունում, որից կշահի ողջ տարածաշրջանի բնակչությունը»,- նման համոզմունք հայտնեց Ուորլիքը:
ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Պիեռ Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) և Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ) հանդիպումներ կունենան ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ: Համանախագահները ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպշիկի ուղեկցությամբ տարածաշրջանային այցի շրջանակներում ժամանել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն` հանդիպելու երկրի ղեկավարության հետ: Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին համանախագահները մասնակցելու են Մարտակերտ-Թարթառ ճանապարհահատվածում ԵԱՀԿ առաքելո ւթյան կողմից իրականացվելիք ԼՂՀ և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծի դիտարկմանը:
Դիտարկման ժամանակ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչն անցնելու են ադրբեջանական տարածք՝ ԼՂՀ կողմից: Համանախագահները Բաքվում կլինեն հոկտեմբերի 28-ին:
