Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հոկտեմբերի 16-ին ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել՝ նվիրված Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2017-2020 թվականների ծրագրի հիմնական դրույթներին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, Բակո Սահակյանը ներկայացրել է իրականացվելիք աշխատանքների կարեւորագույն ուղղություններն ու առաջադրանքները:

Երկրի ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է պետականաշինության, բանակաշինության, անվտանգության եւ հասարակական կարգի պահպանման, արտաքին քաղաքականության, տնտեսության, սոցիալական, մշակույթի, սպորտի, առողջապահության, ժողովրդագրության, զբոսաշրջության եւ այլ ոլորտներում մոտակա երեք տարիների ընթացքում իրականացվելիք աշխատանքներին ու ծրագրերին:

Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ ծրագրային դրույթներն արդյունավետորեն կյանքի կոչելու համար անհրաժեշտ է իշխանության բոլոր թեւերի ու կառույցների, պետության ու հասարակական հատվածի համատեղ, կազմակերպված ու համակարգված աշխատանք, որը պահանջում է պարտականությունների կատարման հանդեպ պատասխանատվության բարձր աստիճան:

Նախագահ Սահակյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ մեր ժողովրդի բարեկեցության հետեւողական բարձրացմանը, երկրի անվտանգության ու պաշտպանունակության համակարգի ամրապնդմանն ու ուժեղացմանն ուղղված խնդիրները հաջողությամբ կլուծվեն:
